Pros:

Muy bonito y cómodo. El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó con todo. También nos gestionaron excursiones y el traslado al aeropuerto. La habitación era grande y bonita, y el baño muy amplio. Estaba casi en el centro de goreme.

Local feel as a cave hotel. Well situated in town.
Pros:

Family owned boutique hotel with Cappadocia decor. Walking distance to Goreme Open Air Museum and public bus stops. Basic breakfast. Plenty of water supply.

Cons:

Minor maintenance issues but ok for three nights.

Expectativa vs realidad
Pros:

La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de la zona comercial. Además, el desayuno ofrece una buena variedad de productos, lo que permite encontrar opciones para todos los gustos

Cons:

El hotel se promociona como una experiencia de alojamiento en cueva; sin embargo, la realidad no corresponde a lo ofrecido. Durante nuestra estancia no encontramos características que justificaran dicha experiencia.

Adicionalmente, el baño presentó problemas de mantenimiento, ya que el agua se filtraba tanto de la ducha como de la tina, generando incomodidad durante el uso.

Otro aspecto negativo fue la ausencia total de servicio de limpieza. Durante los cuatro días que nos hospedamos, la habitación no fue aseada ni se realizó ningún tipo de mantenimiento básico.

Finalmente, considero importante que el hotel informe de manera clara a los huéspedes que la posibilidad de observar los globos aerostáticos desde la terraza depende de las condiciones de vuelo. En nuestro caso, ninguno de los días de estancia hubo vuelos, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de una de las experiencias que más se destacan en la promoción del alojamiento y que influye significativamente en la decisión de reserva.

Pros:

Posizione ottima anche per i trekking e per raggiungere le posizioni con vista sulle mongolfiere. Colazione ottina. Stanza tipica, scavata nel tufo. Alle richieste sono sempre stati gentili.

Cons:

La doccia perdeva acqua e rimaneva l'umidità nel bagno. Necessario chiedere il cambio asciugamano (ne danno uno solo a persona). Orari della colazione partono un po' tardi (prima delle 8:30 non ci sono... se rientri dalla mongolfiera di solito verso le 7:00 devi aspettare). Necessario ricordare che nella prenotazione è inclusa la navetta gratuita dall'areoporto altrimenti te la fanno pagare.
Non ci sono delle luci da lettura vicino ai letti.
