All in all, a very good experience.
Pros:

The room was clean, the beds were good, the staff were super friendly and were always present to help us with anything we needed. The location of the hotel was very convenient too, the metro was 5 minutes away by foot and the bus stations were even closer.

Cons:

The beds were comfortable but a bit small.

It was great, ideal location and very helpful staff.

It was close to transport links, and not to far from local attractions.

Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The air conditioning was difficult to use, we had to open the window the first evening, but then it was sorted once we asked for help the next morning.
