Excellent value for money no complaints
Pros:

The area is in a beautiful part of Aberdeen, with a short walk to the centre with its pubs restaurants ect, no problems with parking on the roads near to the property

Cons:

Property is clean , good restaurant / bar , I had to leave early due to cancellation of work on the following week , so I did not stay on the planed Friday, Saturday Sunday, just a small issue with a possible refund of Saturday Sunday, apparently I was supposed to sort it out with booking.com as I was politely told by the manager over the phone the following week, see how it goes, but everything seemed professional in manner 😀😀😀😀

Friendly staff and good food, but poor cleanliness and in desperate need of some modernisation
Pros:

The restaurant was nice, food was enjoyable and a great menu.

Cons:

The check in process was poor. There was no lift to upper levels and the room wasnt particularly clean or modern. I opted for a balcony room but it wasnt nearly as exciting as described.

Nice bar and big clean room.

Cons:

There was a load rattling and banging noise throughout the night - sounds like it was coming from the 2nd floor. My brother was on 106 and i was 111 and we both heard it. Think it may be the central heating pipes. Worth a check as it was noisy and kept coming back.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Plenty of hot water available.

The room was very tired. No chair at table. Distinct lack of electrical sockets, left with a dangerous extension lead, which we got replaced. Wardrobe shelving very dusty.
