Pros:

How friendly and approachable staff were. Thanks to jane amd her team. Busy bar but the noise didn't carry throughout the hotel which was great.
Would stay again done the job for a one night stop off for a family party in Aberdeen

Only big criticism was the cigarette stubbs on the balcony

Very dirty rooms, look like they are never cleaned properly. Tired decor, wallpaper painted over and peeling off walls, dusty, foul smell in the bedrooms.

Pros:

Alisha was amazing. My flight landed super early and they let me in the room to change for an event. She went out of her way and actually made up the room herself. You need more Alesha ‘s

Had our own wee Balcony area to enjoy!

Cons:

The Shower heads need looked at. Seemed to spray more water out of the shower and hitting the floor rsther than in the shower itself. We tried moving the shower head but still same problem with the water spurting out in all directions.
