'Okay' hotel at the city centre of Palangka Raya
Pros:

Location is at the city centre. Access to hotel is convenient. Environmentally-friendly approach with no single use plastic bottle of mineral water.

Cons:

The bed and pillow sheets need more thorough cleaning and laundry perfume. Wifi connection inside the room is not stable.

パランカラヤの中心部に位置、ほか弁、丸亀製麺がテナントに入ったモールに隣接しており便利な立地です。受付も英語ができるスタッフが親切に対応してくれました。

Pros:

In my opinion NEO, should be proud of their staff, especially Sophia and Keda, they worked hard to solve all issues I had encountered

Tge location of tge hotel is not bad, as it located within a mall

Cons:

There are many I guess:
1. Beddings cleanness are not standard, some are looks dirty even though they are washed

2. Rooms has very low level of privacy, as some rooms has windows with curtains,, while other rooms has doors to other rooms

3. Food is mainly Indonesian, so it might not be suitable for other nationalities.

4.The building need to be humanized, put some green trees and avoid using the black color in everywhere.

5. Increase the staff, I think they are less than required.

I not going to post any photos, because, I really which if I visit next time to find the hotel competing the 4 stars

Weird, but passable.
Pros:

Bathroom is of good size. Location is good, but if you're there for the national park then this doesn't really matter.

Cons:

The rooms are NOTHING like the photos on booking.com - booking.com should do a better job of checking the hotels they feature on their platform. When we asked for the type of room we'd booked, the staff said they only had a smoking room like that (we'd booked a non-smoking, double room with a city view). So we ended up taking the smoking room, which they'd thoroughly cleaned so that there would be no smell. The rooms have very sparse lighting, so its really uncomfortable, like being in a horror movie. The corridors too are extremely narrow, and very unclean. Breakfast is nothing home to write about. And also, the power went off multiple times in a day, and once when we were in the elevator! The call function in the elevator didn't work either, but when the power did come back and we reached the ground floor, the staff were very nonchalant about it. Such a weird stay.

Very good
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. Reception arranged taxis for us. Also transport from and to the airport. I liked the good range on the breakfast buffet - continental and oriental food. Air conditioning easy to adjust in own room.

Pros:

おそらくこの地域においてはよい方の施設と思ってます。
ただ、廊下で工事や清掃している音がうるさかったり、邪魔であったりしました。
室内は良く清掃してもらっていたと思います。
でも冷蔵庫は作動しませんでした。
ドアの立て付けが悪く、鍵を閉めるのに苦労しました。
スタッフのみなさんは、リスペクトをもって接してくれていたと思います。
