The pool and the resort itself is beautiful, as well as the beach just down the street. The pool unfortunately was not regularly cleaned, so there was quite a few bugs swimming on the surface.
We booked a bungalow, hoping to enjoy some quiet time and to specifically NOT hear guests in the neighboring rooms (most hotel rooms in Vietnam are not really noise-cancelling at all). To our suprise, we didn’t have a bungalow to ourselves, but just half of one - the other half had a family with small child, which we could hear quite well, especially in the bathroom. Had we known that we definitely would NOT have spent the extra money and just gotten a simple room.
On top of that, the bathroom was dusty and the faucet etc looked like they needed a good scrub.
All in all not exactly what we expected.

The rating of 9.2 was very misleading. Online it appeared to be good value however we were very disappointed. There were only 3 lounging chairs at each pool and most were broken. The breakfast area was filthy and the food was deplorable. A friend of ours got food poisoning and when they asked to buy watermelon, the resort refused to sell it to them despite having a plate sitting there. We were supposed to stay 10 days, however managed to find a lovely resort down the street called Coco Palm resort, located right on the beach. We left after 7 days for the new resort even though we paid for the entire 10 days!! Be warned, DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Just the perfect place to chill out or not beach is a short walk away .The staff are fantastic especially the lads in Bamboo restaurant Hai ,Trong & Vi are all really happy to serve you , great selection at breakfast great food on the menu too , there are 2 pools but sadly not enough beds to go round if your lucky great chill day .Thanks for a great holiday
Abbastanza vicina al mare. La stanza spaziosa ma minimal nell'arredamento (uno spazio dove poter poggiare le valige sarebbe stato utile). Ha un bel giardino e due piscine. Qualche critica sulla pulizia della stanza, ma il personale è gentile e disponibile. Molto utile il servizio navetta gratuito da e per l'aeroporto (che peraltro è abbastanza vicino alla struttura: circa una ventina di km)
Bra frukost Mindre bra middag på restaurangen Nära och bra till stranden. Kan låna cyklar om man vill. Nära till bra restauranger i närheten som tex Bitter&sweet och Thirsty Pig⭐️.

Loved this place! Staff were so helpful, kind and relaxed. Beautiful garden and pool area. Great breakfast. Third place I stayed in Phu Quoc & by far the best! Highly recommend if solo, couple or family. C

Wir konnten unser Zimmer unkompliziert vor Ort upgraden, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Hatten das teurere cottage mit Poolblick gebucht. Zunächst führte man uns in ein schönes neues Zimmer. Dann sollten wir umziehen in ein dunkles und wesentlich kleineres Cottage. Wir konnten auf Nachfrage aber wieder wechseln, die günstigeren Zimmer sind auf jeden Fall die schöneren und besseren. Frühstück ist für vietnamesische Verhältnisse auch sehr gut. Schöner Strand ca. 500 m entfernt.

Had a great stay in Phu Quoc in this part of the island. The property turned out to be a lovely find amongst all the offerings. The staff are courteous & always eager to help as best as they could. The bungalow we paid for was exactly as the pictures. It was spacious, clean, & overlooked the pool, the property was in a good area of places to eat, have drinks, & was about 8 minutes walk to Ong Lang Beach. A lovely slice of beach that is calm, quiet, & clean. We had a very relaxing stay & would recommend/stay at CV.
The only average part of the stay is the breakfast offering can be hit or miss. They need better heating/cooling equipment to keep items hot/cold. But this shouldn’t be a deal breaker. I’ll still recommend this place. Ask about their free one way (4+ nights) or return (5+ nights) transfer from/to airport.

Amazing place and atmosphere and so helpful and smiling staff, simply the best.
If you want more popular restaurant, you should put little effort in to kitchen to get a bit better tasting food, restaurant is very gozy.
