Schöne urige Cave-Unterkunft mit freundlichen u hilfsbereitem Personal u leckerem Frühstück

sehr gute Ausstattung, super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr leckeres Frühstück ( auch vegetarisch) mit englisch sprechender super freundlichen Bedienung
leider hatten wir nur Regentage, sodass wir die Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten

Cons:

sehr hellhörig ( Stimmen & Geräusche von anderen Gästen)
- Minarett befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass die Gebetsrufe des Muezzin sehr laut sind ( nachts u morgens)
- Whirlpool funktionierte im Badezimmer nicht

A small cave hotel with great vibes, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and nice location.
Pros:

It has lots of character; gives you the cave vibes. Beautiful breakfast location on the terrace, with lots of reasonable as well as fancy eating options nearby. Above all, the staff was excellent; a special mention for Yavuz, the go to person for everything.

Cons:

If you are a light sleeper, the muezzin from the nearby mosque may wake you up at 5:00am. It didn’t bother me though.

Pleasant stay in Cappadocia

Great place to stay in Goreme

It was novel being in the rock. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble . It was in a central location in Goreme so you could walk out to shops and restaurants

Excellent manager and staff (good communication) and perfect location.
Pros:

The hotel is located ideally making it very easy to explore the town. One should stay in Goreme because of the beautiful vibe the place has to offer. The owner Mustafa is an extremely polite and a very very helpful guy. 10/10 for that. His staff are also very courteous. He gave us a late-checkout and let us stay till our departure at 2:30pm for our flight. He did go out of the way to help and good customer service is all that any place needs to make up for any other shortcomings. The rooms are set up in a very enchanting way (caves) but, unfortunately, this advantage is not maximised.

Cons:

The rooms are very poorly lit. While the lights on the floors create a vibe, the bright lights in the floors are sometimes blinding and uncomfortable. There should be an option of switching to perhaps lights on the walls or hidden strip lighting. The bathrooms are very poorly lit and damp. As a result of this darkness, there are cleanliness issues e.g., there were spider webs inside the cupboard. The curtains in the room need replacing. The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable. This definitely needs addressing. The breakfast was very disappointing. While we visited in a low season but not having bread to be toasted is not ok. The rooms did not have a box of tissues (and they did not have it in the stock either). The WiFi does not work well (at least not in our room). These little things can have a big impact on your stay.
