Hôtel correct mais un peu cher par rapport à la qualité. Hôtel un peu vieillot. Parking gratuit mais petit déjeuner à 10eur/pers: cher serait plus correct si inclus dans prix de la chambre.
Accueil agréable. Prise en charge si arrivée tardive, très appréciée.

Comfortable, quiet hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, though English language limited.
Room was a bit cramped. Only two small sachets of shower gel supplied for 4 nights stay, never replenished. Wifi a bit slow and unreliable. Sometimes difficult to find anyone to staff the bar/reception.

Nice hotel with basic rooms but ideal for skiing as we didn't spend much time at the hotel. Good value for money with welcoming staff.

The place is clean and well furnished. All you need for a ski holiday weekend to help keep costs down. The place is right near morzine gondola as well.

About a 5 minute walk to town, near to the ski hire shops and ski lifts.
Room has a balcony with a beautiful view looking on to the mountains.

Nice size room. Clean but old. Great shower and lots of hot water. No kettle or tea making facilities. All other guests appeared to be French. Had room only so can't comment on food.
There is a Casino (small supermarket ) a short walk away. Main ski lift only 5 -10mins walk with ski lockers for hire in lift office. There appeared to be about 40 other guests eating in the hotel diner but after about 10pm we didn't hear anyone in the hotel. Comfy bed and lovely view across the town from large balcony. Helpful staff who spoke better English than my French!

Best aspect of the hotel is it's location, only a 5 min walk to the Pleney lift. The hotel itself is basic although clean. The ensuite in my room had been recently installed and although cramped was adequate. Shower was powerful and warm. Room was painted with a brown wash and the metal doors to the room and dark stairs and landings did little to appeal. Rather institutional look! My room was on the road side and traffic noise was significant until late into the night. Hotel receptionist doesn't speak English. If like me you only use the hotel to change and sleep then it's adequate.

A rather tired hotel, very basic. Lots of minor faults, e.g.broken cupboard hinges

We wanted a last minute budget holiday, and this more than delivered. Comfortable, warm and clean so what more could we ask for. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Hotel was nice and reasonably comfortable, though the beds were very hard. The swimming pool though smelt really bad and wasn't very clean.
Breakfast was limited.
