Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, grosse und geräumige Einheit, grossartige Lage, Parkplatz kann für CHF 18.- in der Privatgarage gemietet werden.
Wir besuchten das Moon & Stars Festival - dafür war es als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit perfekt für uns!
Gross, aber es fehlen die kleinen wohnlichen Details für meinen persönlichen Geschmack. Für den Preis wären klimatisierte Räume das A und O - im Juli bei 36 bis 37 Grad und mit nur einem Ventilator ausgestattet war es kein erholsamer Schlaf, da sehr warm.
Das ist ein Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten gut!
Sehr grosszügig, Klimaanlage - einfach super, wirklich.
Leider war der Verkehr sehr laut, da man das Fenster offen lassen musste für die Klimaanlage. Wir haben es aber runterkühlen können und dann ohne Klimaanlage geschlafen. So ging es.

Schöne Parkanlage. Großzügige Wohnung mit schönem Balkon. Nettes Personal. Nahe Zentrum und Bahnhof.
Lieu exceptionnel en tous points. C'est une résidence pour personnes âgées. Spacieux, appartement de 50 mètres carrés à disposition, énorme véranda privée, climatiseur dans le chambre à coucher, cuisine avec frigo; résidence dans un parc magnifique, restaurant à excellente cuisine qu'on peut inclure en demi-pension. La tranquillité est exceptionnelle, on ne croise personne dans les longs couloirs. Grande piscine à disposition, j'y étais toujours seul à partir de 18 heures (ouverte jusqu'à 22 heures). Emplacement très près de la gare des trains (4 minutes) donc au centre de la ville de Locarno, mais dans un hâve de paix. Et pour tout cela, prix encore moindre que dans un hôtel classique, dans mon cas 150 francs par nuit tout inclus (demi-pension et taxe de séjour). Impossible de faire mieux. Les seuls qui pourraient ne pas pleinement apprécier sont ceux qui veulent le bruit de la vie style "discothèque" - pour ceux qui apprécient la tranquillité, c'est le nirvana.
Il n'y a rien de négatif, même à gratter le fond du tonneau.
