Adoramos toda a infraestrutura , o café da manha maravilhoso com muita variedade, piscinas limpas com recreação p crianças, playgrand, camas do quarto super confortável, agencia de turismo dentro do hotel (Loumar), loja de artigos de lembranças, voltaremos com certeza em outra oportunidade. O hotel parece novo c a sua instrutura porém ja tem mais de 15 anos, bem conservado e estao construindo uma piscina nova enorme.

Cons:

Temos alguns pontos p fazer q sao p ajudar a ficar ainda melhor a hospedagem de outras pessoas , sentimos falta de iluminação no nosso quarto , acho q poderia ter uma luz no meio do teto pois tínhamos q abrir as cortinas p poder enxergar dentro do quarto e se abrisse muito o "vizinho" de quarto enxergava nossa privacidade, outro ponto foi o pó dentro dos armários que acredito q a camareira não limpou , quando chegamos no quarto os cabides e armários estavam cheio de pó. E a localização é bom p quem vai nas cataratas e parque das aves pois é perto porém p sair comer é ruim tem q ir no shopping catuai q é o mais perto (5km) .
Mas nada q comprometa a estadia.

Would recommend only as a transit hotel but not for long stays
Pros:

We liked the facilities. Nice pool area and kids friendly.

Cons:

Restaurant was horrible. We ordered seafood pasta that has no seasoning and badly cooked…
We arrived before check in time and no effort has been done to give us a room knowing that we were socking wet from the rain.
The lobby guy was kind of condescending.

Paguei por algo que não foi oferecido no dia 29/12/25 - PÉSSIMO. (02 JANTARES)
Pros:

Localização. Os acessos aos principais pontos turísticos era bom. Atendimento da Loumar dentro do hotel tbém foi muito bom.

Cons:

Pior experiência com hotel, que ja tive. Esta incluso nas diárias valores referente aos jantares, portanto no dia 29/12/25 não foi oferecido, foi cancelado devido ao um evento interno e foi cobrado os dois jantares. Maior sacanagem que já passei em hospedagens. Além disso esse evento do dia 29/12/25 foi aberto ao publico, dentro do hotel, com banda/show, impossível descansar, teve até a presença de policiais devido ao excesso de barulho.
