Hotel bellísimo, calidad de atención: media.
Pros:

Hermosísimo hotel. Las instalaciones preciosas y todo muy bien cuidado.

Cons:

Llegamos el domingo 5/4 a las 21.30hs nos recibieron dos empleados poco predispuestos. Necesitábamos agua caliente para la mamadera de nuestro bebé, y no tenían para prestarnos un adaptador para usar la pava eléctrica que habíamos llevado, y tampoco tenían manera de brindarme agua caliente porque la cocina ya había cerrado (siendo que unos días atrás me había comunicado con el hotel, y me habían dicho que podía pedir agua caliente las veces que necesitáramos… el bebé también se alimenta de noche). Los empleados no tuvieron intenciones de ayudarnos a buscar una solución a ese problema, simplemente nos dijeron que no tenían agua caliente.
Por otro lado están haciendo remodelaciones y producen ruidos molestos para las personas que desean ir a descansar, o como en nuestro caso que van con bebés.
La verdad que el hotel es bellísimo, el bar de afuera es increíble y los desayunos de lujo. Pero no está de más mencionar la actitud de los empleados de ese día, que dejaron mucho que desear con su desinterés por nuestro problema. El resto de los días tuvimos la suerte de cruzamos con distintos empleados que nos trataron mucho mejor.

Hermoso hotel, muy cerca de Argentina!
Pros:

El sector piscina y el desayuno. Excelentes!

Cons:

Nos faltó mas iluminación artificial en la habitación, expendedoras de agua potable y gimnasio. Creo que tienen lugar suficiente como para poner alguna caminadora o bici.

Pros:

Quarto limpo e confortavel e tudo super novo, serviço de quarto excelente e o café da manhã é perfeito.

Cons:

A agua do chuveiro estava dificil o ajuste, fica quente de fritar do nada e gelada de congelar do nada. Mais nada que atrapalha o banho, de resto foi nota 10 a estadia.

Na saída, estava faltando energia
As contas foram feitas no único notebook da recepção, pedi pra ler com calma, no computador, minha conta, e, pasmem, A GERENTE, foi grosseira comigo dizendo que EU ia fazer as pessoas esperarem!
Tive que dizer que era meu direito conferir a conta e que não era minha responsabilidade a falta de energia, tampouco a falta de gerador/no-break do hotel.
Final infeliz de dias felizes.
Lamentável o despreparo da gerente.

Não tinha tolhas disponíveis na piscina, solicitei ao colaborador ,ele levou cerca de 20 minutos para voltar e ainda voltou sem as toalhas, disse que o responsável pelas toalhas está em horário de lanche e não tinha ninguém para lhe fornecer as toalhas. Inacreditável.
