Cons:

There were very noisy occupants in the room above us I called down to the desk twice about the noise and was told someone would go up a speak to them and ask if they could please be curious to there neighbors in the room below. The noise went on for the entirety of our stay . I come to visit my family twice a year and we love the area but I believe we will be finding other accommodations in the future. Thank you

Cons:

When we checked into the room, the room seemed very dark without the windows open. There was a light fixture hanging from the ceiling that didn’t work.

It was a nice stay, just a few things need attention.
Pros:

I liked that the rooms were nice and large. Provided enough room in the lobby area for breakfast.

Cons:

The toilets did not have enough water pressure to flush completely. It took at least 2 to 3 flushes for all to go down. The game room was hot. The TV in the game room did not work. The hockey table needs to be fixed. The walls and floors were very thin. When people walked in their rooms, it was loud in my room. Doors kept slamming.

Cons:

Booked online room for handicap. Room definitely was not and wheelchair did not fit thru room to bathroom. No handicap rails in bathroom. Very inconvenient for me in wheelchair. To tired to change.
