Pros:

Well located hotel, close to metro station and in a very good neighborhood. Confy bedrooms and excellent shower.

Cute boutique stay with excellent breakfast
Pros:

The staff are kind and speak good English. The breakfast buffet has a great selection. Although the property is on a busy road it is a short walk to nice areas like Lastarria and Barrio Italia. There was a lift, the room had double glazing and a very comfy bed.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working during our stay and the hot water was off for one day during our stay.

Si vols passar uns dies a Santiago a un hotel de més qualitat i ben situat, definitivament recomano el Luciano K!
Pros:

És un hotel molt cèntric, l'habitació és molt maca, gran, molt neta i còmode. Hi vam estar molt a gust. El personal de l'hotel també és molt amable i atent en tot moment. A dalt hi ha una terrassa amb un bar on pots prendre alguna cosa o sopar, que també s'hi està molt bé. L'esmorzar és bo i variat. També hi ha una sauna que has de reservar però que pots tenir per tu sol.

Pros:

The staff were exceptional. We got our time zones mixed up and arrived one day early. Fortunately they were able to accommodate us. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Palazzo retrò affascinante, letto molto comodo, pulizia, terrazza con bar molto fornito, ottima colazione, posizione perfetta per uscire la sera a piedi nella zona pedonale di Lastarria e nella zona di Bellavista, ma anche per visitare (di giorno) il centro storico

Very centrally located hotel. The hotel was in a renovated historic building with very nice vibe, The stafff was very helpfull and friendly . They prepared for us breakfast rhe day we had to leave very early that was very nice.

Lovely hotel I recommend highly and would definitely stay here again.
