The staff at this Hotel are the friendliest and nicest I have ever met in any Hotel. The hotel has a quirky art Deco vibe and is an oasis of calm in the downtown area. Breakfast was fantastic and when we had a very early morning tour when we asked they offered us a takeaway breakfast for the next morning.
Nothing really rooms a not overly large but there very quite at night due to the effective double glazing.
The staff is excellent. Breakfast simple, but really tasty. The location is awesome.

Very happy with staying at this hotel. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop bar is a great place for a drink/meal. Location can't be beat.

An art deco fans dream! The building is stunning, the restored art deco features including the elevator are amazing. Fabulous location close to great restaurants and an easy walk to the Funiculars. The staff at the rooftop bar and restaurant are fantastic.
Breakfast is super generous and delicious! We had dinner at the rooftop hotel that was brilliant. I miss sopaipillas so much!
The shower over bath can be tricky to navigate with short legs! But it's gorgeous.

We loved our stay at Luciano hotel. The staff were absolutely awesome. They made the stay feel special.
We got a bit unlucky with a shower that didn’t have hot water. The staff got us a new room within 15 minutes - so really no problem here. They were very willing to help.
This hotel is an art deco fans dream! Beautifully presented, staff are amazing, especially up on the rooftop bar/restaurant area. Brekky is very generous with lots of options. Great location in Santiago, very walkable to everything. I loved it!
The room is as described in the photos, very charming and comfortable, with a proper closet, a small desk, a sofa, etc. The only thing missing is an extra suitcase rack, as one—often—isn't enough, and a central light. The staff is particularly friendly, especially the rooftop manager, Christian, who is really kind and thoughtful.
A coffee machine would be really useful for breakfast, for espresso and cappuccino.
