Staff were most helpful, spoke very good English & were most welcoming.
Room was lovely with lots of thoughtful touches. Walk-in shower was the best!

Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend, um die touristischen Stadtviertel zu besuche. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön. Unser Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und schön.

Boutique traditional hotel, aging gracefully, but good value and super friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was good, and the breakfast was ample with good choices. An early breakfast was arranged when we had a very early tour.
The bed was comfortable, and free wifi was great

Cons:

The room was quiet, as requested but I didnt think it would come at the expense of having no windows or natural light. Happy with room overall, as long as the internal lights are turned off at night of which we had no control.

Great hotel, so stayed twice!
Pros:

Location, staff, rooftop bar and views. Bathroom was great. Very accommodating with holding luggage whilst away for a trip.

Cons:

No outside windows, bedroom small.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bonito, antigo mas bem conservado. Arquitetura bem interessante. Os quartos são pequenos, mas bem confortável. O banheiro é ótimo, espaçoso e as amenidades de qualidade. Conta com um bar no rooftop bem interessante. Fica em uma região segura de Lastarria, e possibilita fazer muita coisa à pé, caminhando pelo Passeio Florestal que fica em frente. Em uma próxima viagem a Santiago, com certeza me hospedarei lá novamente. Funcionários muito solícitos.

Well located great little boutique hotel
Pros:

Although a little small the rooms were well designed and comfortable
The hotel itself was an amazing architecturely well designed building
Service was excellent as was the breakfast and the top floor bar and restaurant

Cons:

Cleaners did an excellent job but we had to ask for toilet paper and tissues on a couple of occasions - not a huge issue

Sehr zentral gelegen, schönes, architektonisch sehr interessantes historisches Gebäude und außerdem sehr zuvorkommendes
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein historisches Haus, mit einem sehr alten Aufzug mit Gitterschiebetüren, sehr schönen alten Fliesen in den Fluren und einer wunderbaren Dachterrasse.
