Great hotel in the heart of Chelsea
Pros:

Great location! Very clean, staff helpful and cheerful we stayed 6 nights and we loved it

Cons:

We didn’t like at all the fact that there were no connections between hotel and restaurant that it was not the same company and if you forget your ticket for breakfast you better find it!!
The hotel has a very nice terrasse to meet with your groupe but the bar doesn’t serve you there toooo bad.

Provided everything we needed, we would consider staying here again for sure.
Pros:

Loved all of the included bottled water/coffee during the stay. Super important with so much walking around during a hot summer weekend. The gym was also well stocked and the shower soaps were lovely. Really great central location as well, just a block away from the subway. The staff was all incredibly kind and we were impressed by how quick the baggage check was handled.

Cons:

There was a particular perfume smell to the lobby that we weren't a huge fan of but it was only in the lobby.

Perfect
Pros:

Great location, room was clean, free water/soft drinks in the mini fridge, staff were friendly, stored bags for us, overall it's really good value for money and a perfect place to crash after long days exploring new york - highly recommend!

Our New York Experience
Pros:

After being hospitalised from the QM2 ship we cannot thank the staff (Jason, Julio, Tiffany and the team) at INNSide enough. We had a harrowing week, but they were so supportive every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this beautifully new, caring hotel to anyone. Thank you.
