Pros:

Struttura davvero tattica come posizione perché ad un minuto a piedi dalla metro e 15/20 min a piedi da Times Square.
Ho adorato il profumo della struttura ogni volta che vi rientravo e anche il ristorante con cucina super di qualità.

Cons:

Ho pagato per una camera con vista città e la vista città c’era ma parzialmente, non sullo skyline ma sul grattacielo di fronte un po tanto vicino alla nostra finestra

Pros:

La atención de las personas en recepción es excelente. La habitación Family son dos conectadas que funcionan perfecto para grupo. Todo es muy cómodo, moderno, limpio, con agua y café de cortesía ilimitado. La ubicación muy buena para recorrer y con lugares muy cerca para comer o tomar algo. Muy recomendable

Beds too small they said queen beds but those are double bed size not a queen size bed . So they have to give the correct information.

Lovely Hotel. I will return.
Pros:

The size of the room was comfortable. The view was not too special, but I went to the gym, and it was spectacular! The staff was lovely, and the restaurant was good. The coffee was excellent! I loved the water in my room every day.

Cons:

There is shampoo, and no creme rinse, so my hair was a catastrophe! It is the regular shampoo that strips all oil from the hair, so I think you need to add a creme rinse dispenser. I joined the hotel points program & tried to book a couple of extra nights, but could not figure the App out...

Very nice hotel in Midtown, request a room, not adjacent to the elevators!
Pros:

Staff is top notch. Gym was fine. Great location.

Cons:

Our initial room was next to the elevator shaft and one night there was something wrong with the elevator and it was extremely loud going up and down past our room so we got no sleep at all. The staff was kind enough to move us to another room and we had no other problems.

I'll be back!
Pros:

I loved the location. It was close enough to the train station to walk, and I could safely walk to and from the shows I saw. The staff was outstanding. They were professional and very friendly. They were appreciative of the guests as well.

Cons:

Can't think of anything. I suppose I could have been upset that I wasn't offered a free room during my stay! Or, I could have been upset that I looked across at another building. I wasn't. But, that's NYC! Clearly, you couldn't have done anything better within the bounds of reasonableness!
