Schönes Hotel mit einzelnen Einschränkungen (Zimmerwunsch und Check-out)
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Schönes Restaurant mit super Frühstück. Zimmer war groß und gut eingerichtet.

Cons:

Zimmerwunsch wurde nicht erfüllt (zweites Zimmer andere Etage), beim Check-out wurde Late Check-out zwar zugesagt, dann aber diese Zusage wieder vergessen, Zimmerkarte funktionierte schon vor der Check-out Zeit nicht mehr und das macht das Hotel immer so wurde uns auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption gesagt

Great Hospitality and Professionalism.
Pros:

I’ve always had a great stay at this hotel, especially thanks to Julio at the front desk. He is always professional, helpful, and welcoming. During my last stay, I experienced an issue related to my flight cancellation involving another employee, which was disappointing. However, out of respect for Julio and the excellent service he consistently provides, I’d rather not focus on that experience. I truly appreciate Julio’s kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, which made a difficult situation much better.

Great location for groups, the staff is the best
Pros:

The hotel is located in Nomad area close to many restaurants, cafes and shops. I brought a group of 20 people and this is our first time doing an event with Melia.

The rooms have all the basic elements and appreciate a hotel with good personality while also having all usual the amenities. The gym has great views.

The experience has been really smooth. Special thanks to Jasenia, the best reservation specialist that I have worked with after doing over 100+ events even at top 5 star hotels. Her response is fast, accurate and she is always checking on the details.
Overall all staff I have encountered (Chris W, Maria, etc) have been super helpful. I will be glad to book another event with them.
