Nice and clean Hotel, cold service!
Pros:

Fine breakfast, nice and clean hotel, Good bar and coffee.

Cons:

The staff was pretty unpersonal, and you had the feeling that they didnt really care.

La terrasse est sublime et on apprécie encore plus notre séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est très très professionnel et trouve des solutions pour satisfaire le client un maximum.
Le petit déjeuner devrait être plus copieux avec différents choix.
La chambre devrait disposer d’une machine à café qui serait très appréciable.
L’hôtel a organisé une petite surprise pour mon mari qui fêtait son 50e anniversaire, avec une bonne bouteille et des mignardises napolitaines un grand plus qui est très appréciable. Bravo !!!

Cercavo un appoggio per la notte avendo un appuntamento di lavoro che non Ci permetteva di rientrare a casa in serata e dove potessimo parcheggiare con facilità per imbarcarci con il traghetto in tarda mattinata. Ci ero già stata in passato e devo dire che si riconferma un albergo con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, con servizi essenziali, ma ottimamente gestiti. Camera pulita e accogliente. Trovate tutto quello che serve ed ad un prezzo corretto. Se fossi un turista prenderei in considerazione questo albergo se volessi visitare Napoli per qualche giorno; negli ultimi anni la città, come del resto anche le isole dove vivo io, sono state invase da tutte queste strutture recettive private, che a parità di prezzo, se non addirittura a prezzi molto superiori, offrono meno confort e sono senza servizi. A noi non serviva ma è a pochi passi dalla stazione metro Duomo della linea 1 .

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Klimaanlagen funktionieren aktuell nicht, ich sollte Fenster aufmachen (Aussage Mitarbeiter) Draussen war aber eine Hauptstrasse. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.

I'd happily stay there again

A fantastic hotel, a haven of peace organization and value for money in a city full of scammers.
