Pros:

Hotel top, comodo vicino al molo dal quale partono i traghetti per le isole. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione abbondante a buffet con caffè sia della macchinetta ma anche preparato al momento dal bar. Terrazza panoramica con la vista sul vesuvio. Super

Cons:

Aria condizionata troppo forte nella sala colazione (era più freddo che fuori dall'hotel).

Un buon albergo in un quartiere difficile.
Pros:

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

La posposizione: é tra il porto e la stazione centrale, in un quartiere socialmente difficile.
I bagni: sarebbe meglio rinnovarli, specie le docce.

A good hotel that I would use again
Pros:

Good location to main attractions and easy to walk to most places. The included breakfast had a lot of choices and was good.

Cons:

The room had a mini fridge but no coffee maker or kettle

Não dá pra recomendar. As avaliações precisam ser atualizadas porque as indicações eram boas e a realidade catastrófica!

Un établissement idéal pour un court séjour de qualité au coeur de la ville de Naples
Pros:

Cet établissement très moderne et également très bien situé : proche du port, proche du centre historique, et très proche de la station Duomo sur la ligne de métro qui dessert la gare et tous les points importants pour visiter la ville de Naples. Tout le personnel est extrêmement cordial et prévenant. Le petit-déjeuner est très généreux. Les chambres en étage élevé et donnant sur le centre ville sont merveilleusement calmes.

Cons:

La décoration moderne est certes un peu froide (de type pour les affaires), mais elle est donc aussi propre et rassurante.

Vous, Booking, avez annulé ma réservation le jour même alors que j'avais réservé depuis de nombreuses semaines.
Vous m'avez informé que vous n'arriviez pas accéder à ma carte de crédit en m'envoyant 3 différents mails le jour même (2h, 9h et 15h).
Lorsque je suis en déplacement à l'étranger et que je dors ou visite Pompéi, je ne relève pas mes mails donc je n'ai pas eu connaissance de vos difficultés avec ma carte de crédit. J'avais sélectionné l'option de payer sur place comme avec les réservations faite pour 1 nuit à Pompéi à l'hôtel Del Sole et je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous vous êtes permis d'annuler les 2 chambres réservées. J'ai dû vous donner mon numéro de téléphone. 2 options se présentaient à vous: soit vous m'appeliez pour m'informer du problème soit vous contrôliez ma carte avant le jour de ma venue.
Je suis très déçues car nous étions 5 personnes et vous, Booking, nous avez mis en mauvaise posture, nous les 5 clients et les réceptionnistes de l'hôtel.
Ces derniers nous ont trouvés une solution après de nombreux téléphones. Merci à eux
Ils n'ont pas accepté de nous payer le taxi pour nous rendre au nouvel hôtel , sis à 30 minutes à pied, dommage...
