Ничего. Соотношение цена качества тут не работают от слова совсем.

Cons:

Все. Номер шумный. Кондиционер как в старом хостеле. Грязно. Парковка 30 евро машина непонятно где. Завтрак ужас. Кофе в порошке. Хотели сходить в спортзал - он закрыт. Попросили открыть в 6 утра. Не пошли на встречу. Вид из номера на окна соседей с бельем. Грязь вокруг.

Nu văd de ce ar fi cineva fericit să stea aici.

Au încercat să fie drăguți, pur și simplu nu erau pregătiți bine.

Cons:

Locația e fix lângă o zonă plină de home-lessi și hoți, care te urmăresc până la intrare. Dușurile erau vechi și ruginite, wc ul își bloca scurgerea și curgea apa în continuu. Robinetul de la baie se misca. Doamna de la curățenie mi-a aruncat cercelul la gunoi și nici nu și-a cerut scuze, nici nu și-au dat interesul să mă ajute prea tare, pe lângă faptul ca doar aranjau patul, până să le dăm tips să schimbe și prosoapele. Micul dejun a fost extrem de sărac, ca legume doar niște roșii ofilite și frunze de verdeață. Mozzarella era stricată și nici nu și-au cerut scuze, doar au înlocuit-o, aveau doar 2 tipuri de mezel, grețoase. Ouă ochiuri nu existau, doar fierte. Deci stăteau bine pe patiserie, dar pe partea de mic dejun normal și sănătos să nu mori de la dulciuri la 7 dimineața, cam greu.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko portu. Pyszne śniadania.

Cons:

Pokój w 4 - gwiazdkowym hotelu jak w 2 - gwiazdkowym. Stare pokrętła w prysznicu i przy umywalce, zużyte szafki. Plusy za kołdrę i mini barek i pyszne śniadania.

Struttura di gran gusto, posizionata in una ottima location soprattutto se si deve raggiungere a piedi la stazione ferroviaria o il terminal traghetti per le isole del golfo.
Camera spaziosa e silenziosissima, che favorisce un ottimo riposo notturno.
Staff cordiale e gentilissimo.
La colazione SUPERLATIVA, credo la migliore mai avuta in un hotel.

Cons:

Mi spiace dirlo, ma la bellissima struttura pecca in alcuni piccoli dettagli, soprattutto la doccia.
Sistema di apertura/chiusura e regolazione temperatura dell'acqua molto complesso e poco funzionale.

Pros:

Великолепный персонал! Вежливые, предупредительные, готовые придти на помощь по любому поводу и без малейшего раздражения!
Хорошие завтраки - выбор еды на любой вкус, много фруктов и разнообразной выпечки.
Из окна вид на Везувий. Хорошая звукоизоляция в номере. Удобная кровать.

Cons:

В номере не было ни одноразовых тапочек, ни гигиенического набора. Только шампунь, гель для душа и шапочка.
Максимально неудобно расположены вешалки для полотенец - в узкой щели за перегородкой ванны.
Около раковины минимум места, буквально для зубной щетки. Всю остальную косметику пришлось ставить на подоконник.
У отеля хорошее расположение на набережной, до многих достопримечательностей без труда можно дойти пешком, но стоит отойти от отеля на пару шагов - вокруг невероятная грязь, спящие бомжи, вонь от мусора. Возможно, это просто специфика Неаполя, но нас это шокировало.

Probably the best city break we have had
Pros:

Naples certainly did not disappoint and was probably the best city break we have had and we’ve had a lot. From the amazing architecture, spectacular views, delicious food, the ease of access to the islands and its wonderful charismatic people it exceeded our expectations on every level. A big part of that was our stay at the Palazzo Salgar. The hotel was super clean, the location very convenient for exploring the city, the fresh pastries and Illy coffee were a great start to each day and the roof top terrace provided the perfect spot to cool down and reset at the end of each day. However it was the staff of the hotel that made our stay most enjoyable. Their level of customer service was exceptional - providing solutions with care when my daughter felt claustrophobic. Following, what I thought was a slight inconvenience of being locked out of my room due to battery failure - delivering a basket of fruit as an apology they could not do enough to ensure we were comfortable. We’d like to thank Michaelo in particular for his advice, recommendations and checking in with us each day. There is so much we still want to explore in Naples so we will definitely make a return journey and will certainly chose this hotel again
