We had the most wonderful stay at this jewel of a hotel this past fall. Very sophisticated hotel yet accessible in all ways. Helpful, kind and professional staff. Gorgeous setting with immaculate and comfortable rooms. Wonderful bar and divine restaurant! We would return in a heartbeat.
A truly wonderful team and a first class hotel. Amazing location, exceptional food and beautiful accommodation. We love staying here. Our dog loves it too!
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Beautiful property in central town, sympathetically extended and full of tasteful touches, overlooking the historic old town. Very professional and warm staff at all levels. Excellent Michelin starred dinner with extensive and fairly priced wine list, particularly those willing to stray into burgundy. Superb sommelier staff, both friendly and impeccably informed.
Among the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was simply superb. Where do I even begin? The location, in the heart of Saint Emilion, is perfect. A beautiful village that is one of the loveliest spots in all of Bordeaux. The service is top notch. They helped arrange all of our right bank chateau visits, and all were excellent. Great recommendations for restaurants. Kate was the hostess for breakfast, and she may be one of the nicest people I have ever met. Timothy for cocktails was a treat. A truly special hotel. Highly, highly recommend.
A fabulous hotel that delivers world class service and charm. The rooms are exquisite and La Table de Pavie is a gastronomic experience of unparalleled quality.

Rien
Our favourite stay of the year without question. The most STUNNING hotel in a jaw dropping location right in the heart of exquisite St-Emilion. We experienced exceptional service from a staff who really care. The 2* restaurant delivered the most delicious/beautiful meals we have ever eaten (and have had the pleasure of 2* many times) and our suite ranked as the most luxurious we have ever stayed in. Bravo team Pavie . . .we are counting down the days to or next stay!
Nothing
Gute Lage, Tolle Einrichtung, tolle Atmosphäre!
Il à répondu à mes espérances de grandes qualités de tous les services !
Gorgeous property without a spa and the rooms can be a little convoluted to reach (ours required three elevators from reception). It’s hard to leave a terrible review because some people were excellent and some were rude and demeaning. The room had two towels in it total and there wasn’t enough hot water for both me and my husband to take 5-7 minute showers. At 1500/room this makes you feel like you’re in an overpriced tourist hotel riding off the town’s reputation with staff who are « over it » and all too willing to show you in their behavior. The restaurant La Table de Pavie had outstanding cuisine but two of the four servers openly rolled their eyes and mocked customers throughout dinner. Sort of leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you’re spending 1000 EURO on dinner. I wouldn’t come back.
After quite a few visits to St Emillion we decided to splash out and treat ourselves and we’re not disappointed In anyway.
Top marks for this amazing place. Difficult to find if driving - and they do have valet parking- so watch the sat nav. The hotel is set in several buildings on the top of a hill. It absolutely defines charm! We took three elevators to gain access to the most perfect room. Sleep quality was ten out of ten. Location for St Emilion is also perfect Breakfast is a joy and the staff enhance your stay for sure. There is no better place to stay and explore this amazing village. Just incredible
