Good location, nice room facing beach

Cons:

Terrible staff, the management will go out of their way to reply to all bad reviews by lying in them and are very arrogant and righteous. We had some bad experience being a vegetarian at breakfast - and left a bad Google review and they lied and said we refused to pay for the extras - which is lies. Their management needs a change! Just for the staff, I’d avoid this hotel

Great breakfast options as well as tasty options for lunch or dinner. A lovely hotel straight on the beach. It has a great relaxed and chic vibe. Although it is in the "party" zone it was very quiet at night so a great sleep. The staff were all very attentive

Cute place.
Pros:

Fabulous location! The hotel is right at the beach and is super cute. Food is great too.

Cons:

The AC in my room made too much noise which made it super hard for me to sleep. Was really annoyed all the time as I wasn’t well rested. The curtains could have been blackout. I didn’t want to be woken up before my alarm.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a perfect location with a beautifully maintained beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also had dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent.

Cons:

Not really a negative, as the room was cute, just felt quite small and fairly basic, with limited space to unpack properly. It was fine for a short stay of a couple of nights, but with two suitcases it felt a bit tight for anything longer.

We loved the decor of the hotels and its proximity to the white sandy beach.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, plenty of fresh fruit, followed by choice of eggs or whatever you prefer. Lunch was very good too. Beautiful setting on the beach. The white sandy beach just steps from your room. There are nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t find it noisy at night even though it’s in the party zone.

Cons:

The constant reminder to tip. Our breakfast was included in our booking, but each day we received a zero balance bill, with tip suggestions!

Great locación and staff, but v. expensive (Tulum in general)
Pros:

Nos encantó la ubicación, y estar frente a la playa :-)
El staff super amable y atentos a todo, lo que hace que hayamos podido tener una linda experiencia.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación estaba en planta baja, y dando a la piscina y al mar, pero no podíamos tener las cortinas abiertas porque se veía todo para adentro, entonces no era muy íntimo.

La habitación podría ser un poquito más grande, especialmente con tanta maleta, y cosas para acomodar como era nuestro caso 🙏🏻

Y los precios del hotel y en general de Tulum nos parecieron realmente altos!

Chętnie wpadniemy raz jeszcze
Pros:

Dostępne podstawowe kosmetyki, szlafroki, kawa, woda, wygodne łóżko, smacznego śniadanie, bardzo zielono, i ładna plaża.
Byliśmy na początku grudnia, było bardzo mało turystów, brak głośnej muzyki, plaża praktycznie pusta, zero glonów.
Dostępne rowery.

Cons:

To nie wina hotelu, ale dojazd tylko taxi lub samochodem. Brak ścieżki rowerowej. Pomimo tego że było mało turystów, poruszanie się rowerem było bardzo ciężkie, strasznie dużo samochodów.
Pomimo małego ogrodniczka, nie było miejsca do
powieszenia mokrych ciuchów.
Mieliśmy śniadanie wliczone w cenę ale do wyboru tylko trzy pozycje, za coś dodatkowego trzeba dopłacić.Dobraliśmy bekon, i policzono nam napiwek nie od tego co dobraliśmy a od całego śniadania które mieliśmy w cenie. Po konfrontacji, obsługa zmieniła rachunek.

The hotel has potential to be a boutique hotel
Pros:

The food was surprisingly good, with solid vegetarian and Tex-Mex options.The staff, especially Vicky, was very helpful and efficient.Internet worked, but the hybrid connection is not as stable as in Cancun. .

Cons:

Noise was a challenge; there was constant loud party-style music ("dunk dunk") from the surroundings. The upper floors feel safer and are clearly the better rooms. This is a non-refundable hotel, so be aware of that.
