Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Perfect for the cheap couple days I needed, didn’t spend much time at the hotel but had everything for the nights sleep.

Glad I didn’t pay extra for the breakfast though, was willing to do it one morning and it wasn’t even an option, even though they advertised it online!

This is a decent 2 or 3-star hotel, but it's certainly not a 4-star.

The lagoon view rooms are nothing to write home about. The TV does not work, the lagoon is dirty with trash floating around and with view of buildings under construction.

There is parking for 3 or 4 cars only, but some retail and restaurants are within walking distance.

The charge for the massage and spa is excessive.

The staff are nice and very helpful and accommodating, so that's the good side.

I just asked if I can buy cola at the reception but the staff answered in the unfriendly and unwelcome manner and look on the face.

Quiet but accessible to a lot!
Pros:

The hotel itself was very quiet--clean, comfortable bed, and a nice sized flat screen in the room. Shower and bathroom area were great as well, but no door on the shower led to a pretty wet bathroom floor. My only complaint was the sun shined into the room pretty early and the curtains didn't provide a lot to stop that. Other than that it was very spacious (sofa in the room), clean, and I enjoyed a weekend stay there! The hotel is within walking distance of 'Boat Avenue.' This area has a lot of restaurants, a few bars, shopping, etc. A cool area that was a nice surprise.

We stayed in the cheapest room ($30), and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. The room had beautiful tile and granite, a modern feel, a giant comfy bed, and a lookout a small part of the lagoon even without being “lakeside.” The pool looked very nice. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The front desk staff helped to easily coordinate a taxi to the airport (800 baht). And the hotel was within walking distance to boat avenue, the Friday night market, and even the Wat Choeng Thale temple. We would definitely stay here again!!

Pros:

This hotel fully lives up to expectations. Breakfast was fine, the room was fine, and so was the pool area. Staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area - and a very large supermarket, although the entire area is rather expensive for Thailand.

The room was very clean and the staff were very polite and responsive during my stay. It was my second stay there and I chosen it due to the cleanliness and nice view over the lake.

Stay here if u want a quiet holiday
Pros:

The hotel is just beside a lake. A value for money hotel and the expectation of amenities need to be moderated. 40 min drive from phuket international airport. There is a supermarket but the things sold are quite expensive. Patronize a local convenient further down the street will be s better choice.

Nice small Hotel with lovely outlook.
Pros:

Nice hotel but we paid to upgrade to get a view across the lagoon. Area is a little remote but there are plenty of services and shops etc nearby. Pool was good with shade etc. Staff very friendly with some speaking good english.

Make sure your room isn't next to the road.
Pros:

The room we were given on the first night was noisy because it was next to the road. Staff were very good and swoped us to a lagoon side room which was great.
