Acceptable hotel for the price you pay
Pros:

This hotel is not bad for the price. They have spacious rooms, a beautiful balcony and a self serve breakfast with few items to choose from but it’s acceptable for the price you pay for the hotel. One issue I had was that the staff on my check in day didn’t speak English. Luckily, I was with my wife who is Indonesian so that was no problem for me. A major problem for me was at the check in time, the ladies at the reception couldn’t not find my reservation and didn’t even know the website Hotels.com exists. I presented my passport and my reservation number like I always do when checking in hotels but this time no one could locate my reservation. After 20 minutes of calling the boss and asking me to show the reservation number with no results I called Hotels.com and with in minutes someone called them to ask an email or fax number and after an email from Hotels.com they finally checked me in. My point in the last section is that the staff should know how Hotels.com reservation works so people can have a smooth check in. I also should mention the hotel is going through a major renovation on one section and seems a bit scary when you walk in but one side is complete and the work didn’t disturb me at all.
