Hotel Helin Aeroport

I had booked my stay for 10 days but checked out on the 3rd money. Staff were ok, but none of them spoke English apart from alexanderia. As the hotel didnt gave many guests everynight they would take off the a/c.it was boiling, the minibar wasn't working.All our drinks were hot. Its a nice hotel, with lovely decorations but no customer service or care for guests. Breakfast was basic and the menu is the same everyday. However i do have to say there chef is amazing, the food was excellent. Cleaning lady came everyday to give us towels and change bedding. If you are looking for bed and breakfast with no frills, then for the price its fine. But don't expect anything more. And done of the facilities were working like swimming pool due to covid.

Il personale é stato cortese, la stanza era pulita ed é facile arrivare ma ci sono diverse cose da migliorare...
Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano per una sola persona anche se la prenotazione era per due ed abbiamo dovuto chiederle.
Il wi-fi non era segnato in camera ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere informazioni.
La colazione é stata lunga e poco saporita.
La stanza durante il nostro soggiorno non é stata pulita anche se le informazioni parlavano di pulizie quotidiane

Not electric for 24 hours in our room. The food was bad in the morning. Their were two very aloud parties in the hotel 😞

Entfernung zum Zentrum stimmte nicht mit dem Internet überein. Föhn fällt laufend aus. Schubladen lassen sich nicht schließen.

Good only If You stay one night ! Not a four star hotel!

It's a terrible hotel. The room was very old and felt dirty. The bed was horrible, so we couldn't sleep at all

The Hotel is old, simple and has a feeling it's not clean enough. Was given a different room at the beginning and had to ask them to change it to what I paid for.

The worst, stinky , unorganised and most Disgusting hotel We’ ve ever been to . Bad smell was all over the room and towels... we didn’t even like to sleep on the bed but we checked in late and no chance to change. It was like the room had been used and wasn’t ready for the next guests .

We came to Romania for a week. Stayed in Helin airport hotel for the first and the last night of our trip. The hotel is very close to the airport and it's nice to get into a hotel very fast, after hours on the ways from your country. Also it was important for us, because we neede to be in the airport for the return flight at 3:30, so the closeness to the airport helped us.
The guy in the reception(Sergio? I think that's his name) was ver kind and bice and very helpfull. Real good service.
About the rooms-generally it was ok, but the ac didn't work it both of the night and both of the rooms that we get. It really disturbed my sleep at night. Besides that-everything was fine. They also got a pool and sauna in the hotel.

Personale inadeguato, lo sconsiglio.

A generally nice, modern hotel with pleasant staff and an unusually good breakfast for a cheap hotel in Romania. However most of the lights in our room didn't work, and no attempt was made to fix these when we reported it. The kettle also broke. That was a little disappointing, but overall otherwise a good choice. It does do a lot of weddings at the weekends, which go on into the small hours. It would probably be better to avoid weekends if you are a light sleeper.

U have a sauna and an indoor pool here, and for me are the worthy things after a day work!

very nice, very accommodating. we stayed at the Herin following a late night flight. very close to the airport (Although the signage could have been better).

The staff were great and helpful. we had a meeting planned the next morning (which we had in comfort in the lobby) and they helped with tea and coffee. rooms clean and very very warm.

The only glitch was the double size duvet for a king plus size bed!

overall though, a good night.


we are back in Romania in 5 weeks and will certainly stay again.
