Important information:

Please note that the snow hotel, ice restaurant and ice bar are only open from the 15th of December until the 31st of March. Kindly be advised that Arctic SnowHotel needs to be re-built every year, and the construction takes place from October to December. This might cause some disturbance.

There is no public transport between Rovaniemi and Arctic Glass Igloos but the hotel arranges transfer upon request. Please contact Arctic Glass for further information.

Pros:

We couldnt see the northern lights while we stayed, because of the cloudy sky. But I enjoyed the last munite I spent at hotel. The breakfast was very good and like frozen lake around the hotel so much to see. And I think that If you could do timing right, you will have an amazing experience to see northern lights in glass igloos.

Pros:

Séjour très agréable. La vue des igloos était magnifique et les paysages alentours magiques. Un grand merci à Candice (hôtesse d'accueil française) pour toutes les explications et informations données. La visite de l'hôtel de glace compris dans la réservation de la chambre est vraiment sympa. Le toboggan pour bouées/luges est super rigolo. Une superbe nuitée étoilée... il ne manquait que des aurores boréales 🤷‍♂️.

Vale la pena conocerlo.
Pros:

El hotel es una obra de arte, se esmeraron en los detalles de cada cuarto.
Buen desayuno.

Cons:

La limpieza. Durante el dia hay visitas guiadas y dejan los baños muy sucios para los que se quedan a dormir.
El área de los lockers debería tener una persona de limpieza adicional, porque al ser un área que se comparte está muy desordenada (la gente deja toallas regadas cuando hay pocos lavabos).
Sólo hay 3 regaderas al salir del sauna y algunas no cuentan con jabón; al entrar gente te entra el frío de afuera. Es un área que deberían mejorar.

Les options que proposent l'ensemble du cite (sauna, balade dans l'ice hôtel, etc.) sont vraiment agréables (moyen de privatiser certaines). L'hôtel est positionné au milieu de nulle part, idéal si vous voulez fuir le bruit de la ville!

Pros:

An sich tolle Erfahrung, außer wenn es schneit! Obwohl es zuvor hieß, die Fenster der Iglus wären beheizt, damit man immer was sieht, gilt das wohl nicht bei Schnee. Da konnte man plötzlich nichts mehr machen.

Cons:

Nicht halb so luxuriös wie der Preis vermuten lässt. Eng, schmal, keine richtige Kofferablage und durch Schnee auf dem Dach nicht mal ein gutes Erlebnis.
