Beautiful location, clean comfy rooms, great friendly staff
Great hotel in good location. Very clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the boiler so no hot water but this was communicated to us before we arrived, they gave us some of our money back and they arranged a room to be available for hot showers so in the circumstances it was all handled well.
It was a shame the pool and steam room were out of order as this was one of the reasons we booked it.
Comfortable single room, and bed, friendly staff, very clean, very nice breakfast, pool, steam room and jacuzzi (towel provided), bar with some nice bottled beers (local bitter), located next to park, tea and coffee making in room with very tasty biscuits, close to North Bay although I did not go there this visit.

The staff - although I was told nothing about location of anything when I arrived. The pool was closed as heater pump was broken. It’s in a nice location for the north bay attractions and had free parking
Before I arrived I received a notice the pool heating pump has packed in so the pool will stay open unheated.
My room 30 had no heating that was a separate issue they couldn’t fix it while I was there. The room was a very small double but it was clean although personally I hate bedspreads etc and cushions as they are rarely laundered it’s much better just with the lovely clean white cotton bedding. It had tea and coffee and biscuits and daily housekeeping which is rare nowadays
Day 2 all the hot water in the hotel went off and it stayed off for the rest of my stay - the pool pump had been fixed but it’s taking time for the pool temperature to rise
The issues were not resolved, no heating, hot water and the pool was closed for a separate issue. No real apology or voucher towards future stay, I feel sorry for the lovely staff as they should have been told, if guests ask for refunds then refund them and if not they should all be given a voucher for a free night. Really poor customer service and that stops with the owners - it wasn’t good enough and I think the hotel should have closed or if it’s not fixed today they should cancel any arrivals this week.
The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Room was small compact partner bangned her arm on glass shelf near the door and curtains dont keep the light out as in dont fit properly dissapointed to be hobest .
Stayed here for 4 nights on a special deal stay.It was lovely the staff and food were excellent you could not fault them. The room however was very cold at night but we should have asked for a heater .We would definitely stay there again.Its in a great place just by Peasholm Park lovely place too.
Warm, clean and comfortable
First time at the hotel and we were not disappointed. Beautiful room with lovely views. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful, Liam was very attentive.
Everywhere was really clean, especially the pool area.
The three course meal was faultless we sent our compliments to the chef.
We will be returning.
We have been to the Park Manor many times and it never fails to disappoint.
This time we treated ourselves to a suite and it was a lovely spacious and very comfortable room
We had breakfast and evening meal and there was a great choice of food which was all great quality and we really enjoyed every meal we had

It was soooo cold in the room.
What a wonderful time we had staying at park manor hotel. The staff were so friendly nothing was too much trouble giving advice etc. our room and bathroom were really nice the bedroom could do with a bit of updating but that didn’t put us off. We had a great view of the sea and peasholm park. The bed was a little too firm for me but that’s only personal preference. The food was outstanding lots of choice for evening meal and breakfast.
We went in the games room playing pool and on the football table there was table tennis as well , plenty of boxed games too.
The spa was fantastic the pool was heated it was very quiet so could swim with no problem the jacuzzi was again really nice we really loved the steam room. Nice hot showers with shampoo and body wash also a hairdryer.
We walked into town from PM it took us 20 minutes we are in our 60s and 70s may take younger ones less.
The only thing I could suggest is to have blackout blinds as the light does come through the curtains.
We would definitely recommend staying here hopefully we will be back.
