Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will happily stay there again.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, lovely quiet clean spa, delicious food (compliments to the chef) and the staff were so friendly and quietly attentive. It was very relaxed. My stay was during bad weather so it was great that I could eat and drink in the hotel bar and lounge (up to 7pm for hot food) and 11pm for the bar, without needing to venture outside. It was a great location for wandering down to the bay and spotting dolphins. Oh, and they provided Yorkshire Tea teabags in the rooms, a small but important plus.

Cons:

The digestive biscuits in the rooms were a bit dry, but they provided lovely home-made baked goodies at reception.

I loved the room, and was worth the Penthouse nickname. Staff were very helpful.
