Nothing.bad to say hotel very well run kept bar open till late food at breakfast spit on always give you jug coffee or tea .

Location for the open air theatre is perfect, 5 minute walk
Room , I booked the top floor suite and the room is very very nice Indeed , worth the extra cost I think ( a note on this room , on the website the hotel described the stairs to this room as very steep and I was a bit wary based on that , they let me check out the stairs before taking the room and although there is no lift to this part of the hotel the stairs are just 4 short flights and not particularly steep at all )

Wow what a pleasure visiting the park manor Hotel. We had a light lunch,a lovely choice from the menu. Everything so clean. The staff are a credit to the Hotel. YES we will definitely be visiting again.

The Staff are great, Really friendly happy to help the location was perfect for the event we attended room was clean and bed comfy.
The shower wasn't great had very low water pressure but we only stayed the one night so it was fine would of been abit of an issue on a longer stay.

Didnt eat at the hotel as we had other plans to eat out, but the bar area had a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the evenings.
Location of hotel for our purposes was excellent. Small car park but plenty of local free parking spaces. 5min walk to beach down very steep hill and pedestrian access to hotel up very steep steps. Check in was very easy and staff really helpful and friendly. Lovely atmosphere in hotel and plenty of seating. Not very impressed with our room for the cost it was very small and looked out the back yard. It was very clean and had tea etc and the shower was excellent. We weren't particularly hungry so ordered a fish finger sandwich £10 which consisted of 1 fish finger in half a baguette, a bit of salad and coleslaw fortunately I ordered 2 bowls of chips £4 each. The drinks prices in the bar were very competitive and had a good range. All the staff were very good and helpful also the swimming pool was a nice bonus. A bit overpriced in our opinion but enjoyed our stay.
Great hotel location for Open Air concerts. Our room was pristine, staff were very professional, breakfast had a great range of choices. Providing sandwiches after our concert was much appreciated. We would recommend the hotel.

The hotel was ideally placed just an easy 5 minute walk away.
Staff were attentive and friendly and rooms spotless and comfortable. A very welcoming bar area.

A great hotel and value for money
Location was fabulous for going to see Tom Jones at Scarborough Open Air Theatre 5 minute walk. We used the pool/spa area was lovely great temperature and clean. We booked afternoon tea which was beautiful, had sandwiches after the gig. Rooms were nice no air cons but fan provided beds were firm but not uncomfortable overall would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. No room in the car park but we got parked easily enough.

Conveniently located near the open air arena. Reasonably priced rooms, compact layout but clean. Access to a small indoor pool and jacuzzi, which the kids loved. Bar and restaurant available.
We stay here every year for the open air concert. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Swimming pool is an added bonus.
Lovely hotel clean and comfortable especially the beds 😊 and food was lovely we had something to eat when we arrived and the breakfast the next morning was even better very yummy 😉 me and my friend were here for one night as at a concert at open air theatre. Staff very friendly and helpful and I would defo stay here again next time I’m in Scarborough. I had a great view of the sea from my room aswell
