Room with a bad view
Pros:

Spa was excellent jacuzzi pool and steam room

Cons:

Room with a bad view of a roof. Lot of noise at night and someone walking up and down corridor all night trying my door handle and dragging sounds. Only got couple hours sleep.

Golden nugget in Scarborough
Pros:

This was our first time at this marvellous hotel. The hotel is wonderfully clean and warm, which is great for these chilly January days. We chose to stay in Glen suite. This suite was outstanding both in size and cleanliness.. We also booked a dinner package which included a three course menu for dinner. There was a great choice of food to choose with all three courses being cooked to an excellent standard. The staff went out of their way to ensure all your needs were met. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were incredibly warm. And the cleanliness of these areas was outstanding.
This most wonderful hotel that has a lovely homely feeling with wonderful polite members of staff whose aim is too please, wonderfully prepared food, and exceptional high standards of cleanliness.

Pros:

Weekend Spa Break!
Pros:

I liked the location, the spa (swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam-room), the comfortable bed and the complimentary upgrade to a double room on my second night! Thank you! :)

Cons:

The shower in my single room took 10 mins to get warm :(

Was a good location after hiking Cleveland way and 15 mins to parkrun

The pool jacuzzi water nice.

Dinner onside was good.

Good price for a single room

A narrow time band for breakfast but was out if season so ate elsewhere

Good facilities and great value for money.
Pros:

Stayed in a budget single room on a room only basis which was ideal for my needs. Small but not tiny, clean, comfy bed, tea & coffee making facilities, TV, ensuite bathroom. Big plus was use of the swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi.

Amazing place for a holiday
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing facilities, pool, jacuzzi and steam room, lovely lounge and bar area with great selection of drinks. Excellent value for money and well cooked breakfast. Great location quiet but not too far from town centre and spotlessly clean. We could not believe this was only a 2 star hotel I have stayed in 4 star hotels that did not match this one.
