Stayed at the park manor hotel for one night while attending the open air theatre, which was just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel was absolutely lovely! The rooms were lovely and clean, and spacious. The outside terrace was great, we could relax, sit and have a drink and something to eat. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, full English, with plenty of tea, coffee, juice, cereals etc. check in was very quick and smooth. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and made our stay even more pleasant. Would definitely go back!
Lovely hotel with friendly staff that go above and beyond for you.
The decor is a little dated but it’s exceptionally clean. We were going to an event at the Scarborough open air theatre which Is a few minutes walk away.
I’ll definitely stay here again.

Noisy creaking and plumbing from floor above !! Woken by people going to their rooms and wishing each other goodnight .
My room creaked if I moved.
I personally found the mattress uncomfortable whereas my friend thought the one in her room ok .

A really lovely hotel, very close to Scarborough Open Air Theatre. The facilities were great and the hotel was very clean. What really makes this hotel is the people, they were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Beautiful clean hotel. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. Being able to order sandwiches for when you get back after an event is a nice touch as we were starving!!
We stayed in the penthouse suite with a balcony and it was really lovely. Great big bed which was so comfortable and lovely little touches like the throws provided.

If you order a tea you get the most delicious shortbread with it. (Had to buy some to take home!)
There was nothing I didn’t like. I found it a bit bizarre that the bathroom in the suite had no door on! Maybe a curtain or something just to pull across for privacy! It also would benefit from a full length mirror and a small fridge.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble to them. I travelled as a single female and felt very safe here. The breakfasts and evening meal were excellent, and it was lovely to relax in the pool area after a busy day sight seeing.

Overnight stay - all the staff were approachable and friendly. Specious twin room with facilities ie kettle. Clean dining room and allocated a table for breakfast the next morning. Definitely stay again
Great location close to the Open Air Theatre. Stayed 1 night for a visit to the Open Air Theatre and ate in the hotel lounge around 5 pm and then had booked the breakfast the next day.
The room was clean and tidy with a good sized bathroom. It was a warm day but the room was comfortably cool. Staff were helpful and friendly in the bar, on reception and at breakfast. There was a good choice on the lounge menu and at breakfast and all meals were lovely. Would stay here again.
