Good, stay, very clean and spacious.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good facilities including a spa and a large bar and breakfast area. It's the perfect location for Scarborough North golf course which is 5 min away. Also a large car park and good on street if you can't get in.

Cons:

Overall, the group of us were happy with the hotel and would stay here again. Only a few minor complaints. There was no shower gel in the dispenser in my shower and we thought the breakfast although ok was expensive at £15.

Just a bit of advice for anyone staying with a reasonably sporty car. Be careful going up the ramp to the car park. My friend and I both scraped the underneath of our bumpers getting in and out. , I would recommend parking on the street.

Great location
Pros:

Great location to the concert venue, Scarborough Open Air theatre. Hotel is clean, facilities are decent, however, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, not even soap.

For the price with a leisure club & pool worth it.
Pros:

The leisure club was great, small but really good for the price of the hotel, food avarage but quiet nice, and staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was terrible, hard and quiet uncomfortable.

Really nice place overall.
Pros:

Room, facilities, surroundings, lovely salmon and prawn salad for dinner.

Cons:

Only had breakfast once. Really wasn't that great though. Meaty bits only just cooked enough. Hash brown and beans really over-done.

Another lovely night away.
Pros:

Another lovely one night break at The Park Manor Hotel.
Always a cheerful welcome, the pool and sauna are brilliant as is the bar area (decent prices as well ) we felt a bit guilty staying till 11pm (sorry Katie).

Great location for the Open Air Theatre
Pros:

We booked the Penthouse Suite for one night as we were going to the Open Air Theatre.
Location is great but wouldn't say the Donaldson Suite is worth the £250 we paid for it. Toilet is right behind the bed with no door, didn't like that at all, would be very easy to put a sliding door on there, if there are people who want to look at each other on the toilet then they can leave the door open but we would have liked a door on there.
I wouldn't bother with adding the breakfast on, it was alright but not worth the £15pp.
Staff were friendly enough. For the location we would return if we were going to the Open Air Theatre but wouldn't do the Donaldson Suite and wouldn't book breakfast.

Wonderful staff. Food choices and pricing need to be reviewed.
Pros:

Staff great, friendly helpful. Room clean but towels not the cleanest. Overall very pleasant stay but the staff made the difference. Limited lounge menu and way too overpriced.

Ok Hotel in great location
Pros:

We stayed for one night here to watch Holly Johnson at the open air stadium. Was ideal location 5 minutes away. Got there at 3:15 and car park was full not very big and had to park 2 minutes away not ideal but not end of the world. Nice friendly greeting from reception explained everything adequate. Room was ok I thought for £200 a night it was a bit small and loads of flies and bugs on window sills, breakfast was nice and plenty of selection. All in all nice hotel for a quick night away.
