The breakfast was the best....the dining room was good...the bar/lounge was good
The room was too small to accommodate a double bed...the walk round space from bottom of bed to wardrobe was too tight...One window over looking the Hotel kitchen...hence the duct fans starting up at 0700 .. sounds like helicopter above us .second window over looking the trash bins..local foxes showing interest/communication at night.
Mattress cranking...needs a replacement .. no shower gel...shower integrated into a standard bath and not a P bath.

Welcoming courteous manager on desk who was so accommodating. Efficient and quick service. Offered us prepared sandwiches for after the concert which were delicious. Room was excellent. Clean spacious and really comfortable. Thank you.

Just a single night stay, to enjoy our weekend in Scarborough. After the nightmare of the previous nights stay elsewhere, what a contrast to stay here. We arrived a little early, but this was no problem at all. Parked in the car park ( Free!) and checked in. The room was small but perfectly formed. Very comfortable and importantly very clean and bright. The hotel is just a short walk to the North Bay Area and the fabulous Open Air theatre. The hotel offers breakfast for £15pp, and also has a swimming pool. I understand this is free to use , although we didn’t use it. This is a delightful hotel, very clean and very welcoming . An absolute credit to the Park Manor team. Absolutely would recommend this lovely hotel, and will be our first choice when we next visit Scarborough. Top class
The hotel is very convenient for the Open Air Venue, just a short walk down the hill. The hotel provides the option for late night pre order sandwiches when you arrive back from your concert, a great idea when you feel like a bite to eat before retiring. They lock the doors so only residents are admitted after the concerts finish, it's definitely not their first rodeo on concert nights.
