Nice and chilled
Every thing was fine nothing to complain about
It was such a lovely hotel staff was really nice and friendly the best thing about it was the swimming pool spa and the steam room it was really good breakfast was nice the hotel was really clean my room was lovely had a really good time there will go again

Great location friendly staff,clean rooms bathroom had been replaced breakfast was good plenty of toast could get 2 of everything eg bacon,eggs,sausages etc.
the reason for the stay was the pool and jacuzzi which didn’t disappoint as well as the cleanliness of the room and how welcoming the staff were.
the blinds i thought always let a slight bit of light through no matter how we adjusted it as well as the the lack of heating making it difficult to dry swimming trunks.
Walking distance from the beach, the pool and steam room was nice. The staff was lovely very helpful and polite.
The mattress was so uncomfortable, old and springs sticking out poking us, we had to sleep on top of the duvet and blankets, only got 3 hours sleep
Very enjoyable. Unfortunately it will probably be our last visit after visiting for many years due to stopping the evening dinner service.
Park Manor, a well appointed family run hotel with a personal touch, near Peasholm Park in Scarborough's quieter North Bay. Our room and the public areas were always kept clean and tidy and staff were always on hand to answer questions or help if you required it, nothing is too much trouble. The indoor pool and games room are well used amenities The food was excellent, the restaurant staff helpful and attentive. The breakfast set you up for the day, negating the need to spend too long finding lunch. A very pleasant stay at a hotel whose type is becoming difficult to find these days. Scarborough is surrounded by beautiful coast and countryside meaning there is always something to do whatever the weather. Evening entertainment is also easy to find with the Stephen Joseph Theatre a few minutes drive away. We would certainly recommend Scarborough and Park Manor Hotel for a visit.
Location and clenliness
Spa facilities quite small , noise from guests returning after midnight as there was no reception, security after the bar had closed . Could do with 24 hour reception

Our single bedrooms were clean bed linen was clean. There was a hairdryer, fan and a bathmat. All nice touches.
My daughters bedroom door squeaked on opening. We did report it and they said it would be attended to however it continued to squeak. Which was annoying to us but could have been very annoying to other guests
The walls were very thin . My daughter could hear my shower running. I could hear people talking in another room. My room door was very stiff to open and close
Park Manor is our go to hotel in Scarborough. We return annually
The shower is over the bath. Would prefer a walk-in shower
Easy to locate, Paul on reception explained everything to me regarding my stay, he is an asset to the hotel 🏨, also advised a safe location for my motorcycle 🏍 to park up.
Room was on the small side but adequate for my needs on a one nights stay.
It was warm , 24° but I found a tower style a / c unit in a cupboard.
Slept on top of the bed 🛌 during the night 🌙.
Shower 🚿 was adequate for me.
Breakfast was served by a pleasant girl who brought my tea & breakfast & asked if I would like sauce etc.
The breakfast room had a quiet / calm ambience which I prefer.
Check out, again, by Paul was quickly dealt with.
I shall certainly return in a few months & choose this establishment.
All team members were pleasant & helpful.
