Very reasonable price. Which reflects the hotel appearances. A little tlc needed

Staff were very nice, hotel top of so nang strip. Easy to get around on a bike

Good hotel, but you need to get a taxi to the resort centre (We used Grab)

Very spacious room, a good-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The hotel is located about 2 and a half miles from Ao Nang Beach.

The rooms were spacious, which was the only positive aspect of this hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very poor and the room was not properly cleaned during our stay. Because of this, we decided to check out earlier than planned. The staff was not helpful at all and refused to cooperate regarding a refund for the unused days. Additionally, the hotel only provides one roll of toilet paper per room per day, and when we asked for more, we were told, “one per day per room.” Overall, a very disappointing experience and not recommended.

La habitación es amplia,el desayuno no lo probé pero ví y estaba muy bueno y variado,linda pileta y empleados amables .Podés alquilar motos en el mismo hotel.

Cons:

La cama aceptable pero se notaban y sonaban los resortes al acostarse.Si no alquilas moto o auto es un poco alejando de la playa Ao Nang pero creo que pasan camionetas que te transportan hasta allá.

С сантехникой надо доработать (напор воды разный)
Кондиционер очень шумный (блок стоит прям на балконе и когда включается это громко)
Матрас (корректно в нашем номере) был очень плохой. Необходимо менять срочно!

Бассейн есть, но 12 часов на темной стороне. Нет солнца

Overall disappointing experience never again
Pros:

The suit that we booked was spacious that’s the only positive thing.

Cons:

Cleaning was horrible, the room was near the main road so it was very noisy all the time until late night and early morning.
Water for shower was not stable all the time changing by it self to extreme cold and to extreme heat, breakfast was very basic and not worth to wake-up for it, swimming pool oh very cold all the time and no water filters that mean it looks dirty. Distance from the beach it was showing on the booking 2.5klm but when we book Grab taxi it shows 3.5 .
Not forgetting the staff welcome in the time of checkin, all lights in the reception was off , all dark and the staff sleeping inside then she comes crumpy and upset because we woke her up.

Delayed check-in, The very unhappy receptionist with absolutely no mannerism. Room was rushed in cleaning. The most severe failing, however, was the egregious lapse in sanitation standards: the room harbored a pronounced odor of biological waste, and the bedding materials were observed to have conspicuous stains indicative of dried bodily fluids. This combination of poor operational protocol and a critical failure in basic hygiene renders the accommodation entirely unsuitable for lodging.
