Mixed to negative remarks: guests report rooms only cleaned from day 4 (superficially if requested) and occasional maintenance/cleaning issues noted.
Service
9.6
Consistently praised: reception and breakfast staff described as very friendly and helpful in multiple reviews.
Location
9.8
Very positive: repeatedly described as central, within walking distance to sights, harbour, museums, theatre and shopping; convenient parking nearby.
Room Quality
8.5
Generally good room size and modern styling, but mixed due to lack of AC in many rooms, some windows that do not open/close properly and occasional hard beds.
Amenities
7.8
Mixed: parking and bicycle garage available and a pleasant hotel atmosphere, but no universal air conditioning, some broken breakfast equipment (coffee machine) and weak hairdryer reported.

Mixed perceptions: some guests feel the price is high for the standard (one explicit comment about being too expensive), while others call it good value for the central location and offerings.
Food and Beverage

Strong positive sentiment: breakfast buffet repeatedly praised as very good, though a few minor complaints (limited variety on cold cuts, broken coffee machine at times).
