Angry Owners.
Pros:

They took 50 MYR instead of 20. They took extra tax , 10 MYR a day. Cheetars. And they were always angry faces to all customers.

Nice hotel close to shopping area
Pros:

Its was a good hotel in terms of cleaniness,pricing and nearer to shopping area except parking space problems.They dont provide parking space at all.

Bad impression!
Pros:

There's no bottles of water provided. Attitude of the staffs really not showing politely. What I can said is "I'm not recommended to others" :-(

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Near to Shopping Mall, Ampang Point and Arab shops. Easy to find food. Can consider safe to park vehicles due to 24H restaurant just nearby and the area have many street lamp post.

Good hotel but poor customer service
Pros:

The cashier/front desk lady is so rude and looks so mean. She needs to be fired. She dont know about treating customers and talk bad about customers to to her guy in her language. Worker is uneducated. Good for a cheap hotel.

Overall is average as just worth for hotel budget. But frontline services totally bad. How can receiptionist tell me to take the tv and air conditioner remote when i arrived at counter to check out?bad experience :(

Pros:

Air minum dikamar tidak tersedia, selama 4 malam kamar tidak dibersihkan. Tempat strategis, cari makan gampang. Room bersih. Kamar mandi bersih. Air Hangat bagus. Hiburan TV cuma 4 chanel lokal, 1 chanel HBO. Wifi bagus. Kalau tidak ada pilihan lain, nginap disini. Kunci kamar 321 suka macet dan perlu diperbaiki.
