Aparthotel Adagio Access Colombes La Défense

Personel professionel qui a répondu efficacement a un petit problème de clefs.
La chambre était nickel, parfait pour un week-end de 3 jours, avec tout ce qu'il faut en bas de l'immeuble (super boulangerie à 2min à pieds!).

Mon séjour à Aparthotel Adagio Access Colombes La Défense s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble. La chambre est bien que spacieuse et agréable était très chaude. Malheureusement elle ne dispose pas climatisation. J'étais obligée de garder la fenêtre ouverte de jour comme de nuit.
Pour son coût élevé soit 16 Euros, je n'ai pas trouvé le petit déjeuner génial. Donc pas d'adéquation qualité-paix.
Deuxièmement j'ai suggéré à la réception d'offrir aux clients un plateau d'accueil thé-café-lait -sucre etc.
Par contre la localisation de l'hôtel par rapport aux moyens de transports, des restaurants et autres commodités est excellente .
Par ailleurs, j'ai déploré pour le regretter la mauvaise gestion de la mise à disposition des clients qui font la demande, du fer à repasser.

All clean and confortable

Overalls it's good experience. But it's noisy because we had to open the windows at night. We encountered a heat wave and there's no air conditioner.

Un séjour agréable dans un cadre et un environnement agréable

Average really. Run down, holes in curtains, didn't close. Too warm and only a fan. TV didn't work......but! We came for a quick Paris visit. Apart from sleeping and having a shower we were out all the time. You pay for what you get. It was cheap. End of.

Accès facile. Dommage :
-il n'y avait pas d'air conditionné alors qu'il a fait 32 degré
-l'ascenseur était en panné à la fin du 1er jour jusqu'à la fin du séjour : nous étions au 5ème étage.

It was ok but very annoying on last night as had to walk up to 9th floor as elevator not working and then back down in the morning with all my luggage.
Area is not very nice with very poor choice of food and only 1 bar who charge a sirchargec if you want to sit down with your drink. All in all, not recommended

I did not have a bad opinion of Adagio before. Adagio Brussels Grand Place is well managed. I am writing this review with the hope the parent company takes action.

Hotel front door is always closed. Call to get door open.
There is no air conditioning. Nor ceiling fan. Room reached 31 degrees (measured) when temperature was 29 degrees outside.
One single elevator. Elevator was broken 16 hrs, from 6:00 PM until next day 10:00 AM. This building is 9 stories high.
Mattress is 4 inches of regular foam on a Murphy bed with slates. Forget any idea of a comfortable sleep.
I went 8 days without room cleaning room until I complained. Expect no room cleaning, as per hotel front desk it is supposed to happen once a week.
There are no access cards. Access codes were changed twice without giving prior advise, locking me out.
The 2 high chairs in the room are uncomfortable. There is no other seating in the room. It is unclear if guests are expected to lift the Murphy bed to transform it into seating. I tried this and found a dirty semi-couch below, with cigarette burn holes. Make sure not to injure yourself while lifting it.
The area is far away. The contraband of cigarettes at the corner, the Victor Bash tram T2 stop, makes the area feel unsafe.

Chambre nickel et spacieuse, le balcon fut apprécié

Chambre propre et moderne avec toutes les commodités malheureusement nous nous sommes aperçu que la porte de la chambre ne fermait pas à clef donc signalement fait à la réception dès notre arrivée mais la porte de la chambre n a pas été réparée ni même signalé au réceptionniste qui prenait la relève de nuit car nous sommes rentré tard le vendredi et celui ignorait le problème et le samedi même chose toujours pas de réparation de la porte et pas de transmissions du problème entre les agents malgré l alerte données le 1 er jours donc le samedi nous avons demandé à descendre nos bagages à la bagagerie afin qu'il y soient en sécurité durant notre absence. Grosse déception de ce côté là !

Somewhat disappointing as we were not able to get to our room as it was not ready till 6pm. To recompence us we were offered free breakfast, which we accepred. On check out we were charged for breakfast and it took quite a while to convince them of their error even though it was the same person who offered us the free breakfast.
Quite a dodgy area.

The manager was quite helpful and considerate to my needs,a real professional.

Es un lugae excelente para poder quedarte, la opción de tener cocineta lo hace aún más perfecto.

close to the tramway and to Leclerc hypermarket; useful little kitchen for breakfast

Le sejour s est bien passe, l hotel est bien situe, le personnel accueillant toutefois il manque 1 ou 2 degre ds les chambres et le prix du petit-déjeuner nous a paru un peu exessif.
