Stunning all inclusive stay
Pros:

Amazing service from every single staff member, great spa, super comfy beds and room, stunning pool, amazing pier with loungers and steps leading directly into the sea. Food was outstanding

Cons:

It was a little bit away from Alanya centre so if you wanted to head to town or harbour or best beaches it was either a 5km walk or a bus trip so it’s great if you want to be away from all the business and just relax but if you want to be in the thick of it then you need something closer to town

Highly recommended
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Sunprime C-Lounge in Alanya. The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. The bed is comfortable and I enjoyed the facilities e.g. the swimming pool and sauna. I very much recommend this hotel and hope to visit again in the coming years.

Встретили комплиментом вина, фруктов и сладостей😍. Отличное разнообразное меню, вечерами живая музыка, песни 🔥, спа центр супер, массаж лучший, в комнате очень чисто, пастельное белье белоснежное , отзывчивый персонал! Бармен Рамазан😍🔥!

Pros:

Отель компактный и классный! В номере чисто, все принадлежности есть. Матрас ровный, две подушки (одна высокая, вторая низкая). Питание вкусное, разнообразное. Персонал приветливый. Очень много лежаков, что на бассейне, что на пляже, что на пирсе - это очень большой плюс

Tökéletes volt a takarítás , minden este élőzene , nagyon kedves személyzet !

Cons:

Amit , hiányoltunk , egy ilyen szintű szállodánál , a fürdőszobában , a felszereltség csak kézmosó , és egy adagolos tusfördő volt ! Ebben a színvonalban , piperecikkek lehetnének !

- Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus
- Grosse Auswahl am Buffet

Cons:

- Kaffee, Butter und Eis. Wir sind das ganze Jahr verwöhnt von italienischem Espresso, österreichischer Butter und sehr gutem Speiseeis...
- Matratzen der normalerweise sehr guten Boxspringbetten sind schon sehr durchgelegen...
- Angebot der bei All Inklusiv enthaltenen Getränke könnten etwas erweitert werden. Man musste z.B. für Aperol Spritz extra bezahlen...

Für ein 5 Sterne Haus ( dieser Preislage)müsste wieder etwas mehr für das Haus getan werden.
Pros:

Kleineres, ruhiges Erwachsenenhotel. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Für uns ein Grund, seit mehreren Jahren hierher zu kommen.

Cons:

Es müsste so langsam über eine Renovierung nachgedacht werden ( Laminat in den Zimmern kommt hoch, Wasserhähne verkalkt, Zimmer wirken ein bißchen abgewohnt.
Der hauseigene Strandabschnitt ist ungepflegt. Alle Liegen sind sehr schräg, Holzstege kaputt und wackelig.
Die Abendunterhaltung ist langweilig und laut.
Die Tonqualität der Sportanimation ist sehr schlecht und viel zu laut.

Soggiorno perfetto, albergo perfetto, cibo perfetto, ma musica e orari da rivedere.
Pros:

Allora, il soggiorno è stato perfetto: le camere spaziose, dotate di tutto il necessario, pulite, con un sistema di illuminazione particolare e interessante, con un balcone comodo con vista mare. Ma soprattutto eccezionale il pasto. Io ho fatto la versione all-inclusive. La qualità del cibo e la varietà del cibo sono state straordinarie. I servizi, come per esempio la spa e i massaggi fantastici, in particolar modo Maryam per i massaggi eccezionali.

Cons:

Allora, le cose che dovrebbero essere migliorate sono:
La chiusura della piscina è alle 6, che d'estate è molto presto. Ci sarebbe la possibilità di rimanere in piscina per un'ora abbondante. Le persone sono praticamente invitate ad alzarsi perché lo staff inizia a chiudere tutti gli ombrelloni e l'area. L'altra cosa veramente disagevole è che la musica, anche la sera, è molto alta, tipo discoteca, che si sente anche dalle camere e che tutti i giorni, almeno d'estate, c'è un'attività di acqua gym a un volume altissimo. Le casse sono di bassissima qualità. La ragazza che tiene le attività urla per tutto il tempo. Per mezz'ora, in una fase molto importante anche per rilassarsi, le persone non sono completamente in grado di percepire la musica con gli auricolari, per quanto siano forti la musica e la voce fuori. Bisognerebbe fare l'acqua gym soltanto se si hanno a disposizione due piscine, non una sola.
