We had the pleasure of staying at the Sun Prime Hotel once again. Excellent hotel!!! Great conditions. Very professional and friendly service. Wonderful cuisine, delicious dishes. Top-notch cleanliness. Great location. I especially want to thank Pinar, Leyla, Shafak, Burak, Ramazan, Murat and Aynur for the best gozleme 👏. Thank you so much to everyone who works hard in the kitchen and restaurant. You do a wonderful job. Mr. Halil Bayindir, please pass on my thanks to the entire team.

An utterly tasteless and deeply unpleasant hotel with a buffet so revolting it looked as though the hair and worms were competing for space in the food. Every meal felt like a biological experiment gone terribly wrong. The entire place carried the atmosphere of a damp grey prison rather than a holiday destination.

To make matters worse, they introduced me to a bizarre-looking man who was supposedly the hotel manager. A painfully inadequate individual who could barely string together a sentence in English, yet wandered around the property wearing the expression of someone entirely unaware of the disaster surrounding him. He simply stood there grinning vacantly while guests were left to endure the filth, the miserable atmosphere, and the spectacular incompetence on display.

At one point I realised the manager perfectly reflected the buffet itself: empty, unappealing, neglected, and impossible to take seriously. That was the exact moment I understood I was staying in one of the most dreadful establishments imaginable.

The staff looked deeply unhappy, the environment was cold and lifeless, and the entire hotel felt colourless, soulless, and aggressively ugly. Not luxury, not comfort — merely a sewer with beds pretending to be a hotel.

The medical Turkish Bath we had was beyond exceptional and Alqul (not sure of her name spelling), did a massage which truly revived me.

Location excellent
Atmosphere lively but chilled
Rooms big and clean
Value excellent

Very good hotel, friendly staff which makes the atmosphere welcoming and enjoyable.
Having their own jetty and small tunnel makes it also easier to access the sea, the beach although the have good size swimming pool which you can just relax, sun bath with plenty of sun beds.
The spa staff knows how to make you feel more relaxed (Aiyis and Aiyu) .
It is worth the value, good location if you don’t mind two and half hour transfer time from Antalya Airport. The rooms are spacious, clean which is amazing, my only problem was no good choices of cocktails if you are all inclusive because most known cocktails are on extra cost.

Back yesterday from this incredible hotel , lost count of the times we have been , but all I can say it gets better and better.
Everything about this hotel oozes class .
Not going to name names as everyone of the staff are an absolute credit to this place (you all know who you are )
Thank you so much for the surprise on our wedding anniversary , its things like this that make you stand out from the rest.

Just returned from our third visit to Sunprime C Lounge. Standards are still very high with the added bonus of excellent staff. The extensive, quality food choices and professionalism of the catering staff are to be applauded. Likewise, the housekeeping staff go above and beyond to maintain excellent standards.
The gym is well equipped and aircon there and in the rooms/ public areas works very well. Spa treatments are available and provide good value for money. Reception staff are helpful and professional - nothing is a problem.
Staff in the bar areas, patisserie, snack bar and beach are a credit to the hotel. Special mention to Yasmin - great in the patisserie and her new roles in the snack bar/ restaurant, the three Ali’s, Nour- patisserie , Layla - fab as usual,and Pinar - breakfast service, finally Ibrahim - maintains beach to a high standard.

Just back from Sunprime C-Lounge and honestly… this place nearly ruined all future hotel mattresses for me. I came home and my own bed felt like a prison sentence.

Rooms are genuinely excellent, loads of space, ridiculously comfortable mattress, proper pillow selection (finally a hotel that understands not everyone wants their neck snapped overnight), noise-reducing doors, Chromecast on the TV so you can binge your downloaded Netflix shows, strong shower pressure, and even 3-ply toilet paper. Luxury.

Only downside in the room: the shampoo/body wash 2-in-1 dispenser. I understand the eco-conscious vibe, but at these prices I shouldn’t have to launch a side quest for conditioner. My hair survived, but only just.

Food was top tier throughout, especially lunch where you can rotate between buffet, poolside BBQ, and à la carte by the pool depending on how fancy or hungover you feel.

The drinks menu is stunning too, loads of cocktails and a great alcohol selection. Regular live music in the lobby bar gave proper holiday atmosphere without feeling like a dodgy karaoke cruise.

Special mention to the 24/7 room service. Ordered a cheesy toastie and chips at 3am after drinks and it arrived fresh, hot, and glorious for about £4. That toastie deserved its own standing ovation.

Check-in was super fast and they immediately hand you a welcome drink, which is exactly the energy I want after airport chaos.

Location is brilliant as well; easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach.

Pool was a good size and not ridiculously deep, although it could definitely be cleaned a bit better. There was green algae around the edges and it rubbed off on my white bikini, which was an unexpected souvenir.

One thing smokers/vapers should know: this hotel is VERY strict on no smoking. Rooms and balconies are completely non-smoking, including vaping. As someone who enjoys a morning coffee and cigarette on holiday, I was mildly devastated. That said, I survived by strategically positioning myself near the smoking area by the pool. Adapt. Overcome.

Also, staying hydrated takes effort because bottled water isn’t really available outside the room due to the hotel’s environmental policies. Great for the planet, slightly less great for your hangover.

Overall though, genuinely one of the best hotels in Alanya. A few small tweaks needed, but I’d absolutely return.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, food amazing ( Although the labelling could be clearer ) Swimming pool … bliss and both pool bars excellent…. Ohhhh and ice creams .. wow

Locations: Right in front of the beach with some shops 5 minutes away walking but they also have their own tiny shop here
Atmosphere: Really nice stuff in here and everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming.
Rooms: super clean! It gets cleaned once a day around breakfast time depending on your room floor. Mini fridge gets four waters a day and beds are always made!
Value: Feels extremely worthy and luxurious
Noise level: Everyone here respects everyone’s privacy and space so this place is very peaceful

My first ever massage and it was amazing. My masseuse Ayu, was very smiley, and sweet. The actual bath and massage was very thorough and I left feeling like a new person honestly. Definitely want to go back! Shout out Ayu 💯💯💯

we arrived early Sunday morning after a 3 1/2 hour transfer. When we checked in at 2.30am the receptionist kindly got us some food and water. The room was impressive, large sea view and very comfortable king size bed. Cleaned every day and fridge stocked with water only. The tea making facilities only had powdered milk, so I would get an empty water bottle and fill with milk form the restaurant. We were all inclusive and the food was spot on. It was on a buffet basis, with the exception of the Al a carte which is a 10Euro supplement PP. Worth the money. The drinks are local, but not the usual rubbish served up by some all inclusive hotels. The staff are amazing and work very hard to up hold the hotels values and reputation. This hotel is adult only, and has an amazing spa and fitness centre within it. My wife and I had the couples spa at 110 euro pp. The two masseurs Anis and Santi were brilliant. That gets you a Turkish bath, steam room, sauna, body scrub, face mask, and hot stone massage for 1 hour 30 mins. As the transfer back was 3.5 hrs, we decided to get a private transfer from the hotel for 70 euro. This cut the journey time down by 1.5 hours and was ultimate luxury in a Merc people carrier. All in all we had a great holiday at the C-Lounge.

Both of them were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely professional. When Wardana noticed that I had gotten sunburned, she immediately offered me a soothing cream for sunburn relief—such a thoughtful and caring gesture.

I am truly impressed by the attention to detail, the professionalism, and the exceptional hospitality. What touched me most was how naturally they know how to make their guests feel special, relaxed, and truly pampered.

This is exactly the kind of service people remember.

I would happily return again for another holiday with friends.

Massage was amazing with iluh she was very professional

Good things;
Staff. All helpful, friendly and hard working.
Hotel and rooms are spotless with constant cleaning going on.
Food is very nice and varied.
The pier for sunbathing is great as is the tunnel to get under the road.
Pool and beach drink service excellent.
Coffee shop a nice addition.
Not so good things;
The layout of the lounge /entertainment area is bizarre. Badly placed chairs and huge tables are not condusive to sit with groups.
The piano is stuck on a platform next to the shop. A shame.
Some sales guy selling apartments opposite the only bar. This space would be ideal for the piano.
There is no towel exchange at the outside pool. Towels have to be returned to the spa where you are pestered about treatments. Off putting.
Wouldn't go again as its too far from the airport. Between 2.5hrs and 3+hrs.

Very good level of food quality, the staff are very friendly and helpful, nice location. The beds are very comfortable.

I had the pleasure of visiting the spa on a number of occasions while on holiday at Sunprime. Everyone was wonderful at the hotel but Anis at the spa was the best. She really gives the best treatments and I enjoyed the massage helping the back pain I was experiencing. I can highly recommend the spa and Anis.
