Sunprime C-Lounge - Adult Only

Das Hotel ist in einer guten Lage am langen Stand von Alanya. Etwas außerhalb der Altstadt aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder Taxi gut zu erreichen. Es sind dort sehr viele Niederländer, Schotten, Russen und vereinzelt auch Deutsche zu Gast.
Der Spa Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen und die Anwendungen sehr gut. Der Weg zum Strand führt direkt über einen Tunnel durch die Promenade.
Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und die All inklusive Verpflegung ist wirklich sehr gut und beinhaltet fast alles.

Отличный городской отель на первой линии. Есть русскоговорящий персонал, превосходное питание -отличный выбор - каре ягнёнка, мидии итд, всего полно и очень вкусно. На ужин предлагают вино, шампанское и другие напитки, всё качественное. Шеф-повар лично следит за всем в зале. За наше время пребывания было 2 живых выступления по вечерам, ребята вживую исполняли мировые хиты, очень зажгли, даже мы потанцевали. Гости, в основном, европейцы. Хороший балкон, комфортный номер с удобными кроватями и выбором подушек, уборка ежедневно, вода в бутылках, всё как положено. Немножко "уставшая сантехника" в номере и не дают шампунь во флакончиках отдельно. Нормальное человеческое общение с официантами и небольшие чаевые им, дают дополнительные "бонусы " )). Меняли валюту на ресепшн, шли навстречу по всем вопросам, никакого негатива. Немного навязчив товарищ из SPA, но у него работа такая )). Детей нет, концепция для взрослых, поэтому никакой лишней суеты. Рядом небольшой Мигрос, если нужно, в отеле есть магазинчик с почти такими же ценами. Не знаю как летом, но в межсезонье и зимой отель всячески рекомендую!

The staff were super friendly and the manager Kadek was really helpful in offering us tailored packages. The receptionist as well as the therapists were super friendly and professional.

Currently here now room 317 side sea view , room is perfect with an amazingly comfy bed (best ever abs we are well travelled) excellent pillow choice with a detailed pillow menu , shower is so good very powerful , overall perfect , staff are so friendly , chefs are welcoming in the dining room with an excellent choice of food , Xmas eve was a bonus didn’t expect anything different to be honest but the staff dressed up trimmed up and the food was amazing, outdoor temp at the moment is pushing 18 but it is nice to sit out at the side of the pool or on the beach ( sun beds and towels provided) not tried the spa or indoor pool as yet but looks amazing . You can have plenty of treatments hair nails massage , personal choice of course . Definitely would recommend this hotel for a winter getaway x

Peaceful and all-inclusive food three times a day. In the room there are two of my favorite buttons - zzz to light the do not disturb sign and please-clean-room light. So you have exact control when you're away or want to sleep late, with modern lights, not paper signs. TV is Chromecast capable. Downstairs there is excellent spa with procedures available. Classic hamam ritual. Or beauty procedures, shave and a haircut, various massages, friendly staff. I would recommend BuRul for a relaxing massage.

I came to this hotel for good food, to relax, chil and escape winter in europe. I choose it based on reviews and it exceeded my expectations. The first impresaion was not so good because I found the architecture and furnishment of thn hotel lobby a bit odd. But when you look deeper everything is vell planned and organized.The room are excellent. Beds pillows lightning everything is great. The hotel is very very cleandled and well mantained.The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Their foreign langues skills varies from almost 0 to excellent. But everybody will help you. I found them very honest and their smiles are not fake. The main restaurant is great . The food is excellent. There is plenty of choice and menu changes. There is very nice coffe shop. The only funny thing is that they give you ice cream only between 11 and 15.30 if you have all inc. The one thing you have to try is hotel spa. I went there for 6 treatments during my 14 day stay and Bargul was very good and so one small lady who did wonders to my neck and releave my headache I had for 9 years and nobody could help me. Serkan is the manager he will know how to help you with your needs. There is a indoor pool which is helpfull during winter months because it can rain for 2-3 days together. You can also use steaming room and sauna free of charge. There is also a hairdresser who is very professional and kind. The beach you can acess under busy road through the tunnel. You can swim and the even served drinks when its good weather. The Alanya is beautifull. There is people are good and you can see a lot of stunning women. Its a shopping paradise. Information there is helpfull and accurate.I advise you to go to football match where you can expeeience good atmosphere even if there is so many police then you think that some war is going on. But do not worry its very safe. The only problem is to obtain ticket. The process is complicated. All together I got much more then I expected. For sure I am comming back.

A truly exceptional and deeply relaxing experience at Sunprime C-Lounge Spa

From start to finish, the entire experience at Sunprime C-Lounge Spa was outstanding. It began with time in the sauna, followed by the Turkish bath, foam treatment, and body scrub, and flowed seamlessly into a one hour aroma massage. Every step felt thoughtfully designed to help the body fully relax and reset.

Wardana, who took care of me throughout the experience, is incredibly skilled. He is originally from Bali, Indonesia, and his hands are truly like gold. He was attentive, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for at every moment. During the massage, I could physically feel deep knots and long held tension in my back being released, tension built up over years of desk and corporate work.

By the end, my body felt like butter, completely soft, loose, and renewed. I was so deeply relaxed that I slept for four hours afterward. The experience continued with peaceful time in the relaxation room, where Turkish tea and fresh fruit were served, which was the perfect way to slowly return and fully enjoy the calm state I was in.

This was without question the best massage and spa experience I have ever had. Wardana has a rare, intuitive touch and true mastery of his craft. I highly recommend this experience to everyone and strongly suggest requesting Wardana specifically. He is exceptional and truly deserves more work and recognition.

The hotel is lovely, the food is delicious and a lot options to choose from. The rooms are clean and modern. The deck to the sea is lovely, you can swim around it and do a little bit of snorkelling! The staff is super nice and super helpful, always smiles and ask if they can help!
Although I wouldn’t say it’s a typical 5* hotel. You need to bring your own toiletries, which normally so far I have been given in Turkish 5* hotels. There is no animations during the day, but only evening live music or shows where people gather and have a drink (cocktails are charged extra, spirits, wine and beer, and soft drinks are of course included in all inclusive). Occasionally some music is played next to the pool but this hotel is rather for a quiet gateway than for us, in our 30s, to have a little bit of fun and laugh!
A little bit disappointing was SPA experience. We made our booking for one day where we have been told you can change in anytime. Then we realised on one day there will be a bit of rain, so we decided to change it. The woman at the reception was so unhappy with this, was making some inappropriate comments, and was laughing to her colleague about it in her language( in front of me). The treatment itself was really lovely and professional.
The overall experience was very nice, but I wish we knew this hotel has a relaxing aura( which is not bad either) and we’w book if for a shorter period of time and we’d went somewhere else to have more fun!

This was my seventh time at this fantastic adults only hotel in three years. When I arrived after 3am, I was greeted with “welcome to your second home” ❤️

This hotel is modern, immaculately clean, lovely comfortable rooms and a pillow menu I didn’t know I needed; but appreciated when I made a choice! Loved all the towel creations of the room staff - hope they understood my google translate notes to them!

ALL the staff are amazing and for me, seeing the same staff there says a lot about the hotel. The welcome from them too, they remember you and the drinks you have! Ramazan remembers the football team you support too! Special mention to Ahmet, Serkan, Layla and Jasmine on this trip too - though as aforementioned ALL staff are amazing.

There is a wide variety of excellent food available, with themed nights, in the buffet restaurant. There is also a snack bar menu available by the pool with burgers, pasta, pizza which is equally good.

It was fantastic too to see some repeat visitors to this hotel I’d met before. Special mention to Pernille and her Mum Inge from Denmark, who got me medicine from the Pharmacy when I was too ill to go myself. Looking forward to seeing them again in October 2026.

Lovely place. Clean. Staff were amazing. Great weather conditions being december. Couldnt ask for much more. Room spacious and great value for money. 9/10 value for money. Right on sea front. Local bus 5 min walk from town. Everything within walking distance. Food was very good also

This is our 3rd Time staying at this Hotel and have already booked to return in March. A Great Experience all round with this Hotel from the Check-In to all other aspects. Rooms are Spotless and Cleaned Every Day with Fresh Towels. A Great Choice of Excellent Food which caters for all tastes whether its the Restaurant or Pool Snack Bar. You can enjoy a quiet Coffee or Tea in the Patisserie. The Hotel has its own Beach which is accessed via a Tunnel under the Busy Road. no need to look for a Market, the Market comes too you. It pops up early on Thursday Morning and a Great Place for Shopping and haggling. All Hotel Staff are very hard working and a pleasure to deal with. Overall an Excellent Hotel and a real Credit to the Owners and Staff. Highly Recommended. A+A+A+A+A+A+

We stayed at the hotel for a week in September and had a truly amazing holiday. The facilities were to a high standard throughout the hotel and pool area. The rooms were comfortable and modern, with everything you need. The food was excellent with a wide choice. We booked in the a la carte restaurant one evening and had a delicious 5 course meal. This cost an additional 5 euros each which was fantastic value for money. All the staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient. We booked into the spa and had a treatment and massage. This was a fantastic experience and we was made to feel truly pampered and relaxed. The spa staff were very pleasant and professional and again, was excellent value for money. There is nothing we could fault with the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. We have booked again for next year.
