Locations: Right in front of the beach with some shops 5 minutes away walking but they also have their own tiny shop here
Atmosphere: Really nice stuff in here and everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming.
Rooms: super clean! It gets cleaned once a day around breakfast time depending on your room floor. Mini fridge gets four waters a day and beds are always made!
Value: Feels extremely worthy and luxurious
Noise level: Everyone here respects everyone’s privacy and space so this place is very peaceful

My first ever massage and it was amazing. My masseuse Ayu, was very smiley, and sweet. The actual bath and massage was very thorough and I left feeling like a new person honestly. Definitely want to go back! Shout out Ayu 💯💯💯

we arrived early Sunday morning after a 3 1/2 hour transfer. When we checked in at 2.30am the receptionist kindly got us some food and water. The room was impressive, large sea view and very comfortable king size bed. Cleaned every day and fridge stocked with water only. The tea making facilities only had powdered milk, so I would get an empty water bottle and fill with milk form the restaurant. We were all inclusive and the food was spot on. It was on a buffet basis, with the exception of the Al a carte which is a 10Euro supplement PP. Worth the money. The drinks are local, but not the usual rubbish served up by some all inclusive hotels. The staff are amazing and work very hard to up hold the hotels values and reputation. This hotel is adult only, and has an amazing spa and fitness centre within it. My wife and I had the couples spa at 110 euro pp. The two masseurs Anis and Santi were brilliant. That gets you a Turkish bath, steam room, sauna, body scrub, face mask, and hot stone massage for 1 hour 30 mins. As the transfer back was 3.5 hrs, we decided to get a private transfer from the hotel for 70 euro. This cut the journey time down by 1.5 hours and was ultimate luxury in a Merc people carrier. All in all we had a great holiday at the C-Lounge.

Both of them were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely professional. When Wardana noticed that I had gotten sunburned, she immediately offered me a soothing cream for sunburn relief—such a thoughtful and caring gesture.

I am truly impressed by the attention to detail, the professionalism, and the exceptional hospitality. What touched me most was how naturally they know how to make their guests feel special, relaxed, and truly pampered.

This is exactly the kind of service people remember.

I would happily return again for another holiday with friends.

Massage was amazing with iluh she was very professional

Good things;
Staff. All helpful, friendly and hard working.
Hotel and rooms are spotless with constant cleaning going on.
Food is very nice and varied.
The pier for sunbathing is great as is the tunnel to get under the road.
Pool and beach drink service excellent.
Coffee shop a nice addition.
Not so good things;
The layout of the lounge /entertainment area is bizarre. Badly placed chairs and huge tables are not condusive to sit with groups.
The piano is stuck on a platform next to the shop. A shame.
Some sales guy selling apartments opposite the only bar. This space would be ideal for the piano.
There is no towel exchange at the outside pool. Towels have to be returned to the spa where you are pestered about treatments. Off putting.
Wouldn't go again as its too far from the airport. Between 2.5hrs and 3+hrs.

Very good level of food quality, the staff are very friendly and helpful, nice location. The beds are very comfortable.

I had the pleasure of visiting the spa on a number of occasions while on holiday at Sunprime. Everyone was wonderful at the hotel but Anis at the spa was the best. She really gives the best treatments and I enjoyed the massage helping the back pain I was experiencing. I can highly recommend the spa and Anis.

This 10 time i visit this hotel the most perfect hotel in the world for me I visit many countries in the world this is the best hotel I found very cozy the hospitality is perfect the Atmosphere is perfect the rooms is very clean and cozy location everything is closed to you i recommended everyone's to visit alanya and staying in this hotel I'm visiting alanya 2 times a year and staying in this hotel

So the reviews are amazing, and rightly so. Half way through my week here and everyone is smiling, the staff ensure that you are always priority and the Pizza's at lunch time just at the entrance to the restaurant are absolutely amazing. I love pizza, but these pizzas melt in your mouth and I cannot get enough of them.
The spa is very top notch, Sekran the manager will do his best to convince you to have one, but please do! Iluh looked after me in the Spa and she is amazing. I seriously felt like she was an angel flying around me during the massage... first class!
The rooms are spotless and everything works and is refreshed daily.
The access to the beach is convenient and while here this week they are laying out the jetty for the season at the sea, so hopefully be on there tomorrow for a sunbathe and drinks which are serviced to you as part of the all inclusive.

First time in Turkey and was not sure what to expect. Selected the hotel as was adults only and had good reviews. Well the reviews were very accurate, this place is superb. It is not a big hotel with lots of facilities, but for us it was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The check in was seamless and a lovely welcome by staff with our luggage taken to our room for us. The room was large and well equipped with bath robes, slippers, iron and ironing board, large TV (limited English channels), lovely comfy beds, and large bathroom with one of the best showers we have had in any hotel.
This place is kept absolutely spotless, we were totally amazed at the level of cleaning and care taken, your room is cleaned to a very high standard every day. Pool is lovely and spotless with plenty of sun beds and the staff take good care of you and the drinks are delivered regularly.
The food was plentiful with a good selection every night, you would struggle not to find something you liked
The deserts are amazing, no good for the waistline as they were so good even my husband had one every night, and he NEVER has a pudding. Lovely cafe, again serving delicious cakes and cookies.
The Spa was the icing on the cake. We tried the Turkish bath and it was amazing, so much so we booked 3 more sessions we loved it so much. I would recommend everyone to use these services, extremely competitively priced and worth every penny. As it is smaller you get to know the staff better, and they are so lovely, can't do enough for you. We like to tip good service, so we tipped a lot as the service was excellent and they were so grateful. Finally, the entertainment, the bands they have found are top class, really fantastic and again, some of the best we have ever come across - well done to whomever sources these. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and we can't wait to visit again. Only very slight set back is it is quite a journey from the airport, so next time we will get private transfers to make this quicker and more comfortable, but a small price to pay for such a fab hotel in a super resort.

Great hotel, very good atmosphere and I had a fantastic massage at their Spa from a lady from Bali named Era, recommend her very professional massage, cured long time back and shoulder pain.

We spent 18 days at the C lounge & found it excellent. We had a seaview room on floor4 which was really comfortable , clean & relaxing with v.good view.
The food was of a high standard and plentiful & staff very friendly & attentive.Also , very good coffee & cakes in the pattiserie.
Despite a lot if rainy days, we returned home relaxed & refreshed & hope to return next year.

We had a fabulous stay at the Sunprime C-Lounge Hotel. As an adults-only hotel, it offered a perfect, relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. The staff were truly amazing and couldn’t do enough for us.

A special shout-out to Yasemin, who looked after us so well in both the restaurant and bars – her service really made our stay extra special.

The hotel itself is one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in, with every area maintained to a very high standard.

We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed for a week from 15th March, hotel was spotless throughout. Restaurant had a wide range of food and was excellent. The staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble, 2, i would single out were Vasin and Layla in the bar area who were exceptional ( just hope I have spelt their names correctly)

The hotel was amazing couldn’t fault it one bit staff are really friendly we went for a full spa an Turkish bath an they sang happy birthday to my partner an then when we went upstairs they left him a birthday cake with a card an a few niggly bits location is perfect right on the beach front bus stop out side ( look out for the letter D on a blue sign) they the busstop on the right of the hotel an get the 101 bus an tell them you want to go to central plus you can go the harbour there an go on a boat trip which was really lovely, the only thing I didn’t like about the shops al the owners were always at you come come in an buy in every stall which I got a bit pancaking over other than that r holiday was perfect from start to finish I would recommend it 💯 jsut wish we had stayed longer but we’re deffo gonna go bk for longer thank you to all thw staff for being so friendly and make you feel welcome
