Отель продолжает держать хороший уровень. Отдыхала в этом отеле с 2019 года около 4х раз. Там работают все те же люди, что работали в нём в мой самый первый заезд. Это удивительно! Хорошая кухня, отличная кондитерская, отдых очень хороший, хороший пляж со своим пирсом. В этом году было много физических активностей (у отеля появился свой фитнес-тренер), раньше такого не было.

Cons:

Однако, видно, что отель устал. Номера требуют косметического ремонта: сколы мебели, отклеивающиеся и отваливающиеся элементы фурнитуры в ванной.

И в целом все хорошо бы обновить: белье, полотенца, матрасы, подушки.

Постельное белье и все полотенца (включая пляжные) требуется заменить. Белье от старости уже всё в катышах (им неприятно пользоваться и на нем спать) полотенца истонченные от стирок, а пляжные полотенца уже жёлтого цвета и с протертостями.

Есть проблемы с выполнением просьб: как-то я ела персик в номере, он был такой сочный, что несколько капель упало на пол, оставив липкий и прилипающий след. Я попросила помыть полы в номере. Мне кивали головой на ресепшене, но полы так и не помыли. За 12 ночей моего проживания в отеле полы помыли 1 раз.

Матрасы и подушки - о необходимости их замены я отмечала еще в первый приезд несколько лет назад. Сейчас их качество только ухудшилось.

В отеле какая-то проблема с канализацией: суммарно 5 дней по утрам в ванне стоял отвратительный канализационный запах. Я просила чтото с этим сделать, проверить трубы или еще что-нибудь. Ничего сделано не было, запах с разной периодичностью возвращался. Иногда спасало то, что постоянно включен был кондей, но в какойто момент и это перестало помогать.

Напоследок отмечу, что очень неприятно на завтраке, обеде и ужине, когда персонал бегает и убирает тарелки со стола. Гость еще не поел толком, не насладился процессом, а к нему несутся убирать тарелки. Еще более дико для меня было, когда за приёмом пищи мимо меня проезжала тележка с отходами, сотрудник останавливался с этой мусорной тележкой (даже не заботясь о том, что в нескольких сантиметрах от него едят гости) и собирал тарелки и остатки. Т.е. ты ешь, а перед носом и глазами у тебя мусорное ведро.
Культуру стоит улучшить в этом плане.

Отдых душой и телом
Pros:

Преимущество отеля:
1-пирс
2-питание
3- отель для взрослых
4-местоположение
5- приветственная фруктовая тарелка (это было приятно, спасибо!)
6- спа! Восторг!
Отель находится на первой линии, путь на пляж разделяет дорога , но есть подземный переход, это очень удобно.
На пляже можно купаться с берега, но с пирса намного приятнее, вода чистая, есть рыбки.
Ресторан:
Бывают дни средиземноморской кухни: креветки, мидии, раки... И вкусная рыбка на гриле каждый день
Для любителей мяса тоже есть выбор.
Каждый вечер музыкальная программа, не навязчиво, но приятно.

Cons:

В день приезда комната была не проветрена, думала затхлый запах так и останется, но на следующий день горничная убралась и всё стало ок.
Жаль, что нет кондиционера для волос и молочка для тела! Девочек это радует, подумайте об этом...

Pros:

Les repas étaient bons et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était bien.
Les chambres étaient propres.

Cons:

Les animations du soir à l'hôtel n'étaient pas du tout amusantes et gaies. Les touristes semblaient s'ennuyer. Cela manquait de musique entrainante et de représentations de danseurs.

More than satisfactory stay
Pros:

The buffet. The SPA floor and the fitness. The sea private beach. The bed.

Cons:

The air conditioner didn't work. The people at the spa were pushing us to pay in cash and to come back for a repeat treatment without even letting us enjoy our current one. Should be rated a 4 star.

Еда хорошая, нет нареканий.

Cons:

На 5 звёзд не тянет. Уставшие 4 звезды. Первый день не могли выветрить в номере ужасный запах освежителя. Утром проснулись с першашим горлом. В душе, на стене дозатор как в общественном туалете. Это и гель и шампунь, качество ужасное, красные пятна по телу пошли. Пришлось покупать гель, шампунь, ополаскиватель, молочко для тела. Бассейн маленький, всегда аншлаг, само собой. Ибо пляж никакой: маленький, грязный, каменистый, полно семей с детьми из соседних отелей.
В хамам не пускают, если там кого-то пенят за деньги. Типа подождите 30 минут, у нас там клиент, посидите пока в сауне.

Very good. Much stuff to do and a lot of nice people.
Pros:

The all inclusive, the pool and the beach were amazing. The beachbar was the best. The services made my stay more comfortable.

It is also not so far away from Alanya centrum where I think Yőnet Bamse is the best place to eat steak.

In Alanya centrum there are a lot of bars but when it is many people in Queens Garden then it is the best bar that is there. I also loved the bar melani in Oba.
