Had an amazing experience at the hammam spa 🙌

Akgul looked after me and honestly gave one of the best hammam + massage treatments I’ve had — proper pressure, super relaxing, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. My wife was treated by Era, who was just as good — she came out saying it was 10/10.

Both were professional, welcoming, and made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re visiting — we’ll definitely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just back from a week at this hotel! The hotel is absolutely spotless big & airy. Our room we had 2 as had to be moved from 430 due to essential maintenance- this room was amazing moved to 610 needs a little TLC. Our housekeeper was Nazam she was just the best. The entire staff at this hotel are a credit to C Lounge. Layla from lobby bar was so attentive around pool. Downside we only ate In restaurant I day out of the entire week. Due to football teams staying ! We ate in the walk way to pool in bar area! Dark & cold! Miserable! Food was less than half served in restaurant. Salads & fruits plentiful & delicious. Hot food bland boring & repetitive However not what we should have had. So we won’t be going back! But thank you to the lovely staff you go above & beyond to ensure your guests have the best time. Footballers or not

Had a full massage in the hotel by a lady called Santi.An unbeleivable experience for a full hour. Felt so relaxed afterwards. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel, and staff. I had a Turkish bath and 2 massages with Erol and have never felt so relaxed in all my life.

Food was good with plenty of option. I would suggest some more veggie options but I managed to eat something different every day.

Poor area was lovely and mostly quiet.

There was building work happening inside the hotel so a lay in or naps were out of the question, but relaxing by the pool made up for it.

We came for our ten year wedding anniversary. I have never been to Turkiye before but I will definitely be coming back! Everyone in the hotel is so friendly and welcoming. They can't do enough to make sure you are comfortable. It is no wonder that many of the other guests are return visitors. All of the employees here go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a pillow menu and complementary robes and slippers for the spa, as well as soap and shampoo and a scrubbing mitt. The shower was large and the water pressure was great.

We got an all inclusive package and we're never stuck for something to eat or drink. The value was great and the buffets were varied. There is a lunch menu as well where you can order pizzas and paninis. The vegetarian options were good, even for the fussy eater I brought with me.

The spa was a highlight. We had a traditional Turkish bath and massage which was excellent. Burul was very professional and gave a wonderful experience for a first time spa visitor. I felt I was in safe hands even when she was pummelling my muscles! Thank you so much!

Very impressed with the overall professionalism of sandal PUTU gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had and I fell asleep during even though it was a deep tissue massage and she was dealing with not in my muscles. I very much endorse sandal, Turkish Bath and spa.

Location is very optimal.

Sandal Turkish bath and spa was amazing. Incredibly relaxing, we went twice even though we were only there for 3 days. Service was impeccable with drinks and snacks included in the price. Santi and Nisa did our couples massage, they were friendly and incredibly good at their job.

Amazing location near beach and shops and not too far from city (10 mins taxi or 1hr walk)

The highlight was the spa experience. We went on our second day and got the full experience for a very very reasonable price, this included: sauna, steam room, Turkish bath massage, fruits, drinks, and a classic massage. It left me feeling the most relaxed I have ever felt!

My masseuses name was Nisa and she was genuinely so amazing that after I checked out I decided to go back for the full massage again while I was waiting for my transfer!

Das Hotel ist in einer guten Lage am langen Stand von Alanya. Etwas außerhalb der Altstadt aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder Taxi gut zu erreichen. Es sind dort sehr viele Niederländer, Schotten, Russen und vereinzelt auch Deutsche zu Gast.
Der Spa Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen und die Anwendungen sehr gut. Der Weg zum Strand führt direkt über einen Tunnel durch die Promenade.
Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und die All inklusive Verpflegung ist wirklich sehr gut und beinhaltet fast alles.

What an absolutely incredible stay we had at Sunprime C-Lounge, Alanya, over the Xmas/New Year period. The trip was a celebration of our Golden Wedding anniversary (50 years married 💖).

On arrival, we attended our evening meal and to our surprise, our table was adorned with rose petals, a celebratory message and a bottle of champagne. A specially prepared cake was also presented to us.

We received first class service throughout our stay and met a number of fellow Brit couples who also remarked on the excellence of the hotel's service.

The staff, from the manager to the room attendants, were so friendly and polite, always cheerful and with smiles on their faces.

The rooms were fabulous and spotlessly cleaned every day.

We would recommend this venue for anyone planning to travel. The highlight of our trip was the fabulous New Year's Eve party, where the food and entertainment was top notch 👌.

Overall, we give Sunprime C-Lounge 10 out of 10 for making our visit so special.

Отличный городской отель на первой линии. Есть русскоговорящий персонал, превосходное питание -отличный выбор - каре ягнёнка, мидии итд, всего полно и очень вкусно. На ужин предлагают вино, шампанское и другие напитки, всё качественное. Шеф-повар лично следит за всем в зале. За наше время пребывания было 2 живых выступления по вечерам, ребята вживую исполняли мировые хиты, очень зажгли, даже мы потанцевали. Гости, в основном, европейцы. Хороший балкон, комфортный номер с удобными кроватями и выбором подушек, уборка ежедневно, вода в бутылках, всё как положено. Немножко "уставшая сантехника" в номере и не дают шампунь во флакончиках отдельно. Нормальное человеческое общение с официантами и небольшие чаевые им, дают дополнительные "бонусы " )). Меняли валюту на ресепшн, шли навстречу по всем вопросам, никакого негатива. Немного навязчив товарищ из SPA, но у него работа такая )). Детей нет, концепция для взрослых, поэтому никакой лишней суеты. Рядом небольшой Мигрос, если нужно, в отеле есть магазинчик с почти такими же ценами. Не знаю как летом, но в межсезонье и зимой отель всячески рекомендую!

I had the most wonderful week at Sunprime as a solo traveller. It is such a lovely relaxed hotel and food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and I met some lovely people there and was not the only solo traveller at the time. I visited the Turkish baths three times during my visit and was always very relaxed after each visit. I enjoyed my trip so much, I booked without hesitation for the following year.

The staff were super friendly and the manager Kadek was really helpful in offering us tailored packages. The receptionist as well as the therapists were super friendly and professional.
