価格を抑えられる時期なら最高のホテルです。
Pros:

建物自体は他の方の口コミの通り古い作りではありましたが、きちんと清掃されており、快適に過ごすことができました。
また、朝食のないプランでしたが、チャットで予約の対応をしてくださり、事前予約の金額で利用できました。
ありがとうございました。
朝食会場のドリンクコーナーはティーパックの種類が豊富なのと、調理スタッフの皆さんがとても丁寧に接客をしてくださりました。
品数は多くはないですが、千葉県の食材を活かした美味しい食事が取れました。

Cons:

強いて挙げるのであればやはり設備が古く、トイレの水洗の音が大きく、隣室からトイレを流す音が聞こえるほどでした。
イベントごとの多い土地柄価格変動が大きいのは仕方がないと割り切っていても古いお部屋に高いお値段で泊まるのはあまりお得感はないな、と感じてしまいます。

部屋が広かった。
ホテルマンのかたもとても親切でした。

Cons:

氷とレンジがばらばらの階で、使用するのに大変だった。
ドライヤーが弱い。
2泊したが、ゴミ、タオルは新しいものになっていたが、ベットメイキングもしてくれたらもっとよいと思う。

Pros:

大人4人と子供1人のツインベット2部屋予約した所ベットが３ベット有りました。ゆっくり休めました。

Cons:

バスルームのシャワーに髪の毛が付いていた事と部屋の床にも髪の毛が落ちていてちょっとがっかりしました。
