Cons:

朝食付きを申し込んでいたのにチケット渡されず…
次の朝、チケットなしで行ったら禿げた男性スタッフに邪魔くさそうに対応され、次の日の分のチケット持ってきて、部屋にあったらこれは処分してくださいと言われた
チケット渡されてないのは嘘ではなく本当やのに、もらってるのに持ってくるのを忘れた言い訳をしてると思われてる感がひしひしと感じて朝から気分悪かった
チケット、渡し忘れたんはホテル側やんな？
他のスタッフの方々の対応はすごく親切やったから次回も懲りずにお世話になりたいけれど、このホテルのレストランでは絶対食事しないと心に決めました

少し残念でした。
Pros:

海浜幕張の駅に近いのはよかったです。

Cons:

朝食の際、テーブルのアサインがあえて人通りが多く慌ただしい席に毎日割り当てられました。片付けの手間かもしれませんが、
落ち着いて食べることが困難でした。

また、朝食のレパートリーはいつも同じで、品数は多くはありませんでした。オムレツと目玉焼きがあることがアピールでしょうが、そこに興味がない場合、ただ貧相なご飯という印象でした。

Pros:

落ち着いた雰囲気の良いホテルでした。そして朝食が美味しかったです。品数がそんなにあるわけではないし、近隣のホテルのような「いくらや刺身盛り放題」のような派手なメニューもありません。でも焼き魚はジューシーだし、漬物類は箸が進むし、生卵は色合いが美しく、煮物も洋食も味付けがちょうど良い。目の前で焼いてくれるオムレツの手さばきは美しく、ふわふわで味は上品。基本的に全てが良い味でした。

Cons:

ドアがアナログの鍵で、合鍵無し。2人部屋でも1つしかないのは不便です。

Pros:

スタッフの方はどなたも丁寧な対応でした。
駅からも近く、到着してすぐに荷物を預かって頂き、イベントに参加出来るのでいいです。
部屋も綺麗で、トイレとお風呂が別で良かったです。
追加した朝食ビュッフェもその場で作っていただけるオムレツや好みの具で作れるお茶漬けに大満足でした。食べたいものが多くて全部食べられなかったのでまた利用したいです。

Cons:

エアコンを夜の間はLowにしていましたがが少しだけ暑かったです。
朝になってHiにしても廊下の方が涼しかったです。

とても良かったです
Pros:

朝食ビュッフェはすぐ皿を片付けてくれたりスタッフがよく見ていてくれた
フロントに道を聞いたら丁寧に答えてくれた
自分が対応された訳ではないが、鍵の開け方に苦戦してる客にすぐ声かけしていた
エレベーターやエントランスがクラシカルで可愛らしい
メッセージもすぐ対応してくれた

Cons:

歯磨き粉の品質が少し悪かった
サニタリーボックス用の袋に前回宿泊していたであろう人のナプキンの外袋がそのまま入っていた
