幕張メッセイベント会場への移動が便利で、朝食の内容が気に入った。

Cons:

チェックインの対応が少し横柄な態度で、最終日朝食食べる時間が無くて朝食チケットの他への利用方法はと問いかけたらパックの為他への使用不可との返事のみ、
アパホテルの場合は、ランチ、ディナー利用、お土産購入費用への充当も出来たのにがっかりした。
又、部屋が印象が昭和感が強く、5,000〜7,000円程度のビジネスホテル以下の空間にも残念な気持ちに…

イベント参加時に便利でした。
Pros:

幕張メッセなどの会場、ホテル周りの多種多様な店舗へのアクセスが便利でした。駐車場はホテル前にもあり、時間帯によっては満車ですが、時間を気にせず動くことができます。
室内設備、アメニティなどは他一般のホテルと大差ないです。

Location superb 👌
Pros:

February 2026: We stayed at this hotel because we watched japanese idol concert in Lala arena tokyo bay. Room were decent, enough space for 2 medium luggages. Bathroom were clean.
Location very superb 👌 so close to kaihimmakuhari station, 5 mins walking only. Also 2 of seven eleven nearby.
This hotel have the airport limousine bus to narita and haneda, so convenient 👍
Designated smoking area outside, near to entrance. We didn't eat breakfast there so we couldn't rate it.
Definitely will comeback to this hotel if we have to visit chiba again in the future. Thank you 🫶

Cons:

Too bad only provide 1 pillow for each bed and the pillow was too thin. Please change the pillow ☺️ The blanket a bit thin. Also it was kinda not convenient because we have to drop the key everytime we go out.
