Great place to end our 3 weeks in Japan.
Pros:

LOVED the balcony and being able to have the door open while it rained outside. The view from the 12th floor was amazing. The room is old but as others have said, I would not want them to change it. We were there our last 3 nights and so we spent a fair amount of time just relaxing which was nice. The outlet mall is very close and there is a 7-11 basically across the street. The park is really pretty and while we were sad the garden area you can pay to go in, just 10 minutes walking, was closed on Monday, something we didn’t realize, we could still walk around the area. Not sure what else there is to do in the area, but lots of people stay there, including lots of big groups.

立地とコスパ最高。また出張時には泊まりたい
Pros:

駅近で静か。ベランダあるの何気に嬉しい。部屋も広めで収納もあり、コスパ最高。スタッフ皆さん親切でした。　

Cons:

清掃は行き届いているが、設備が古くて、水回りが使いにくい。パジャマはコストカットしてもいいんじゃないかな？代わりにハンドタオルつけて欲しい。
外出時、鍵預けるシステムで、コンビニから戻って来ただけで、チェックイン？の人が長くて、待たされるのなんとかならないかな…

接客のいいスタッフの方もいらっしゃった。
Pros:

海浜幕張駅やイオンが近くにあったのが良かったです。

Cons:

スタッフさんによって接客態度に差があるように感じたこと。
連泊した際、エコ清掃のためとはいえ使用済みのグラスやカップまでは交換してもらえなかったこと。

部屋の中も。とても快適でした。
Pros:

スタッフの方がとても丁寧で優しかった。宿泊証明書が必要だったのですが、対応も速やかで翌日チェックアウトの時に頂けました。

Cons:

朝食のレストランに入るまで、僅かな時間でしたが、待ちました。

9部屋予約しました。なるべく同じフロアにと考えて貰って景色も良かった。メールにて対応も良かった
また利用したいと思いました。

Cons:

チェックイン時に、少しバタついたが担当者がかわったらスムーズに対応して貰い助かった。
