Location and layout
The pool area needs construction work.
Het was een volledig appartememt, maar met de service van een top hotel. Het was groot, fijne stoelen, tafels en heerlijke bedden. Er waren twee badkamers en een wasmachine, wat met een gezin heel handig is. Door het waterfilter was er zelfs veilig drinkwater. Het ontbijt was erg gevarieerd. Ook kon je ze alles vragen en de attentie voor koningsdag die op onze kamer lag bjj terugkomst was zo lief! Kortom 10/10 voor service, comfort. Ook het zwembad was top, groot, en voorzien van leuke extras.
Het enige wat handiger had gekund is iets meer was ophang mogelijkheid.

its not near by kids attractions but for adults is good location ,we had to get a taxi for kids attraction
Lovely rooms and pool, helpful staff, good breakfast.
We had rooms in which you could hear what sounded like a pump (maybe to do with the swimming pool?). This was quiet and didn't go on through the night though.
Pool was amazing. Rooms dated but very nice and comfortable. Everything needed for cooking was in the kitchen.
Breakfast was ok but would have expected a bit better considering the cost of the hotel. Very few Gluten Free options for my coeliac child.
Not very close to an MRT.
Very nice room. With washing machine and dryer. Also has a full ref and complete kitchen. The bus stop is around 400 meters, almost same distance for the supermarket.

In contrast to my first stay there 2 years ago, on this visit, I found the services were not that great anymore, especially the almost bad breakfast offered and also in the general standard of services (other than the room service team which was still good).

Die Hotelanlage hatte für uns die perfekte Lage und es war trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr schöner Pool, auch für die ganz Kleinen und es war dort nie zu voll. Das Personal war immer freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Treetrops buchen!
Early Check-in was complementary - allowing us to rest after a long flight. Pool was lovely, room cleaning was regular. Hotel restaurant serves some nice food (local and western). Location is great for central Singapore. If I was relocating - this would be the Service Apartment Hotel of first choice for us.
Breakfast Coffee - the breakfast was fine and rotated daily which was nice - but the coffee was not so good. They do have a proper coffee machine so you need to ask them.
