Currently, the only saving graces are the lovely staff and the location.
Pros:

Location: Perfect view of Dubai Marina (if you choose a room with a view).
This hotel's only appeal is its location.
Atmosphere: Very old building in need of major renovation.
Rooms: Due to the poor condition of the hotel, even cleanliness is not noticeable; the white curtains have turned gray.
Value for money: Overpriced due to its location.
Cleanliness: 3/5.
Noise level: It is a bit noisy in the evening due to the boats, so it is not suitable for people who like complete silence at night.
Service: 5/5, the staff are very friendly and always ready to help.
Amenities: The food is monotonous; if you stay for more than 3 days, you will get tired of it.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT THE HOTEL OWNER DO RENOVATIONS!

We really enjoyed it. Perfect position close to metro station and to the beach
Marina promenade in front the hotel.

Terrible booking experience!
Pros:

I booked this hotel for a family member visiting Dubai in February 2026. At the time of booking in October 2025 there was a deal witu reduced rates - booking was confirmed but payment was not to be taken until arrival. Without any forewarning, the hotel attempted to take a payment on 16th December 2025 and the transaction was unsuccesful. The hotel then emailed me to say the transaction had not gone through and the booking was cancelled. I enquired why a transacfion was attempted without my knowledge and asked them to confirm the amount so this could be rectified. They ignored my questions and just replied that the booking had been cancelled and it would need to be rebooked at the current rates. I asked again how much the payment was for and for clarification as to why this was being taken at this time in spite of booking conditions stating that full payment would be taken on arrival. Again, my questions were ignored and the response received was that there was no longer availability for the original dates. In my opinion, my booking was cancelled without reason so that the hotel could get more money for the rooms.

الموظفين مريحين ويساعدون مره
بس اكرر التجربه بسبب النظافه والموظفين جدا خدومين

Cons:

‏ check out بس ودي يكون. بعد 2 علشان يسهل علينا التنقل لانه واجهنا ظروف صعبه بسبب الجو وماحصلنا مواصلات
الأسعار أتمنى تكون اقل

Location. Is very close to Marina bay and shop and you will Find everything around there.

Cons:

The propriety looks nice in photos but in reality is very old and doesnt look nice at all. The only clean thing , I hope was the bed. The bathroom really really dirty , the shower did not work. The room furniture was old also and the room had a bad smell. The entire building inside had a bad smell and a awfull look. We had only 1 night and we arrived late( around 4am) and 20 minutes before their check out hour (12:00 pm) The receptionist insisted to Call in the room to remind us that we have to go. When we arrived there was no one , we waited around 15-20 minutes for somebody to arrive to the reception.
Never coming back.
