Pros:

Have a small pool and garden is a pros comparing to a hotel just square room.

Cons:

Towels are so rough, might be reused too many times.
You should confirm with the owner about room facilities e.g., TV when you made your room book.

Pros:

nice little garden for tea/coffee.
room could use a welcome booklet (or QR code for accessing a webpage) containing Wifi instructions.

Cons:

there should be a dedicated smoking area, otherwise the fans keep blowing the smoke into non smoker’s faces.
the pool could be cleaner with better filtering. the water was still murky although the staff said they’d put chlorine in.

Peaceful Haven
Pros:

This was a haven of serenity in a busy city area.Our hosts were very helpful and super accommodating and friendly. The pool was amazing and the breakfast was great. Everything was clean and the bed comfortable. We were close by a glorious beach. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Lights and TV need repair.

Overall very beautiful place. Convenient location, nice pool and staff. Worht the value
Pros:

Staff was very nice and accommodating. I was able to check in early (with half day payment) and get motorbike.
The garden area and pool is beautiful and clean. Great for taking photos
The location was in walking distance to beach, gyms and local food.
Staff spoke English
Also coffee and restaurant on the property very convenient

Cons:

Wifi in the rooms is horrible
While the pool and garden area is beautiful rooms could be updated
The Villa also includes a popular restaurant and coffeeshop. Every morning starting at about 7am you’ll hear people dining and talking. Because the rooms are so close it can get quite noisy.
You only have access to the pool from 11-4 because of the restaurant and coffee shop
