The location, the continental breakfast when it was available
The air quality from ac, lack of customer service,on all accounts. The rushed breakfast that was scarce ,.breakfast was lacking any juices and burnt coffee. Rude employees.
The breakfast was the best ever with selection! Anything you could want, they had it.

Sammi at the front desk did a great job and “bonded” with my daughter, making her feel like she was special. Just helped make her weekend that much better.
Rooms were spacious, quiet, breakfast was wonderful. Located right across street from dunkin donuts, publix and Walmart
Incident with homeless person walking around with weapon. But police responded quickly. Wasn't hotels fault.
The Location of the hotel was great with all the Restaurants and shopping places very close
The staff at the front desks lacks of courtesy and were not very welcoming as far as communications goes. The breakfast was very poor, the attendant of the breakfast was not very accommodating as far as answering basic questions and did not provided basic things like a "Fork" she just said, "We don't have it" when I asked for one.
The room 's linen were old the bed sheets very thin and very worn out, bathroom towels were rough, old and scratchy.
We did not have a room service done (housekeeper) since we had a small dog inside.
The breakfast & coffee in the morning were awesome! The room was clean, staff was friendly & the location was perfect.
An extra blanket for the sofa bed would have been nice.
It was within walking distance of food places and convenience stores. It was a short drive from the river. The staff was helpful and nice. It had plenty of parking.

Very clean. Ample parking. Excellent location. Within walking distance to food, shopping (walmart, CVS). Friendly, accommodating staff. Very nice room. Excellent hot breakfast. Hot shower, cold AC. In-room coffee, microwave, refrigerator, blow dryer. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Great price! Amazing location.
We arrived before check in time was told we could swim at the pool they gave us a card key to get back in and it didn't work. When addressed about it the staff was rude an we already paid for everything. Also was told we would be on the first floor with disability access for 3 disabled bodied people, an was put on the third floor an all the way away from elevators. Staff also forgot to call when our rooms were ready for over an hr after we was supposed to be checked in. An staff was short with our members of the group.
