Very Nice
Pros:

Very clean. Ample parking. Excellent location. Within walking distance to food, shopping (walmart, CVS). Friendly, accommodating staff. Very nice room. Excellent hot breakfast. Hot shower, cold AC. In-room coffee, microwave, refrigerator, blow dryer. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

box ticking hotel with no thrills.
Pros:

convenient and close to the springs, the room was large, gym was very convenient and easy parking. The staff were friendly and very casual.

Cons:

The air con was noisy and the breakfast was poor, single use plastic cups, cutlery and plates. The pool is a small pool and isolated in a non inviting spot.

Some staffing concers
Pros:

Great price! Amazing location.

Cons:

We arrived before check in time was told we could swim at the pool they gave us a card key to get back in and it didn't work. When addressed about it the staff was rude an we already paid for everything. Also was told we would be on the first floor with disability access for 3 disabled bodied people, an was put on the third floor an all the way away from elevators. Staff also forgot to call when our rooms were ready for over an hr after we was supposed to be checked in. An staff was short with our members of the group.

Good enough.
Pros:

The location was good. Atmosphere good. Rooms- beds comfortable. I slept like a baby. Loved the bed.
The sink didn’t drain.
The kids were crying bc the pool was down for maintenance. We had to listen “to it” for an hour.

Wonderful stay, super comfortable bed, and great gym. Good breakfast

Beds super comfortable! Rooms clean, good breakfast and appeared sanitary. Outstanding gym.

Cons:

Didn't know you had to notify housekeeping if you wanted you wanted room freshened up.

It was great. I'd do it again. The hotel is perfectly placed right by the springs

Everything was great!!! The room even has this nice little seat that worked great as a sex chair! Perfect height and everything!!! I would tell guests, they would really appreciate that.
