Clean and good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, everything was clean.

Cons:

Staff member at the desk - I had to yell several times to get someone to come TO the desk after waiting over 5 minutes. Then she wasn’t very nice.

Staff was not the best and the location was not very clean. Overall, felt safe and it was next to a gas station/fast
Pros:

Beds were comfortable for the most part. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms.

Cons:

Staff was not present when we arrived or left. We had to wait 15 minutes before someone showed up when we arrived. We had booked for the wrong day, but the staff never reached out to confirm when we no showed. There were still rooms available at 9pm and they were not willing to give us a room unless we paid again, which is fair given the circumstances, but was a bit disappointed that there was a lack of effort on the staff’s part to give good service (especially reaching out and being present). On top of that, staff was very unprofessional and felt like we were being “mothered”. She even said she would be upset if we decided to drive at night instead of staying at the hotel, which made us feel pressured and uncomfortable. There was blood on the towels we had, as well as on furniture in the lobby/hallways and floors, which made us feel uncomfortable. One of the beds had very damp sheets, so we could only use one of the beds. For being the most expensive hotel in Snyder with the best reviews, we were very disappointed.

A Comfortable Stay In Snyder, TX

Almost since it was built, the Comfort Inn and Suites in Snyder, TX has been "our
place to stay" during trips from Mansfield, TX to visit family in Clovis, NM. Always, we have found this Choice Hotels' property to be clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
Again, on Friday afternoon, this was the case. Upon arriving, we received a warm, friendly welcome from Sena. She quickly checked us in, gave us keys to our room, and showed us the way to the elevator and our second-story room. Upon arrival, we found a large, clean room with two queen-sized beds and many amenities.
As we settled comfortably into the room, we encountered problems with the television reception and immediately called Sena. Very quickly, she was at our door to fix the television. She determined that the "TV Station Guide" had not been updated when this Comfort Inn and Suites changed Internet providers, and had to go downstairs to get us a current "TV Station Guide." After several minor adjustments so that "The Guide" matched the television stations, we were set for the night and spent a quiet, relaxing evening watching our favorite television programs.
The mattresses on both beds were very comfortable. They provided us with a restful night's sleep, prepared us for a "Comfort Inn and Suites Breakfast," and energized us for the coming day.
As we arrived in the lobby, again, we met Sena. At 10:30 P.M. the night before, she was "on duty" and then back at work by 8:00 A.M., welcoming us to breakfast! After breakfast, we returned to our room, packed up, checked out, thanked Sena for all she had done to make our visit a pleasant one, and headed back to Mansfield.
During multiple visits to this Choice Hotel, I had always found its "Business Center" to be smoothly operating and very useful. Sadly, on this visit, I found the "Business Center" had been shut down and all its equipment removed. Interestingly, in a photo promoting the property, I saw a fully operational "Business Center!" Does this photo need to be deleted or does it mean that someday soon this facility will be returning to The Comfort Inn and Suites in Snyder, TX?

Pros:

Check in was easy. It was quiet so we slept well.

Cons:

The stains I found on my comforter. The breakfast wasn't great, the meat looked so old and overcooked. Also the tub was slick, probably needs something so you don't slip.

Pros:

The hotel clerks are absolutely fantastic, great personality, friendly, and helpful, Gaylan was excellent. Wish I knew the other two ladies name to recognize them. The cons were there was no place to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom. There was no stopper for the tub. Put the a/c on 67 and would not cut off to 61. Breakfast was fair. Room was very clean.
