Musty smells in the rooms we moved to another room not as bad but very scratchy sheets and wouldn’t move us to the main floor stuck us in the old lodge part
Rooms need to be updates. Also they charged me twice. Charges me on the card that I used though Booking and then charges my card that I gave to check in with.
Inside pool open til 11p
Check out time thru booking was noon. Hotel said 11.
Staff was rude checking in. No personality. Smelled old and moldy. Some areas like outhouse. Not clean. Dirty tissue on floor beside night stand.
The casino was spacious and nice
We were lodged in a separate building with 2 floors and no elevator for my elderly mother. The hallways smelled awful and the carpeting wasn’t snug to the floor (tripping hazard). One of our two rooms was very dirty. Dusty and unclean. Spider webs in corners, mold in spots. The shower handle was broken off and the shower was not clean. Very dissatisfied
Spacious, great parking
Our room has peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom. It also had a HUGE cobweb with aTON of dust on it. With all that dust on it… it had been there a while.
Our supper in the mahogany bar had a lot to be desired. The food was cold and took FOREVER. I felt bad for our server. He was one of two that seemed to be working and he was running his butt off. It seemed they were bringing food from another kitchen to fulfill their orders
The casino and restaurants were fabulous
We booked for the towers and ended up in the lodge . The room reeked, was musty and there was mold everywhere . The hall ways and common areas were filthy
Staff was wonderful.
The room had an unpleasant smell.
We called days ahead for our Sunday stay and the front desk associate stated that our stay, with tax, would be around $90. Day of arrival when we went to check in, the front desk attendant was rude and stated that the room would be $190. With our plans already in place, we had to stay there, so I looked on booking and found a room there at $130. The miscommunication started our trip off on the wrong foot and the front desk could care less. Room smelled musty and sour. Old food/trash left outside of rooms for majority of our stay. Just overall a poor experience and I wouldn’t stay here again.
Bed was very comfortable.
Room to far from casino, slot machines were old and outdated.
Employee at the food court didn’t understand what we were asking about. Need to get better help. That was asked about before we ordered our food. Did not understand that I was asking about how big the slices of pizza were. How do you not understand that simple question. No receipt given also. Why do you have to ask for a receipt?
Beds were comfortable and the showers had good pressure and lots of hot water. The cost was also reasonable.
The room was very dirty: blue bed cover was clearly dirty, bathroom floor had dark long hair in multiple spots, cobwebs in bathroom, carpets not swept and hallways not swept. Less expensive rooms are expected to be fancy or renovated, but they surely can be clean and all lamps should have light bulbs. Very disappointing!
Asked for a handicap room. Was told at the front desk it wasn’t a handicap room and none were available. In order for my mother to use the restroom we had to use the public ones in the hotel. Bed was too high and I had to lift her on to the bed.
We were in what was called the lodge away from the three other families we were with who were in the main hotel. Bathroom was dirty, hallways needed swept, and the room smelled like chlorine. View of parking lot.
The entrance of the resort was beautiful
The hallways to the hotel rooms were filthy. We made it to our room and the bathroom toilet was filthy, stains on the walls, pubic hair in our shower. Called house keeping to clean our room. Went to the Mahogany Bar for a burger and nobody waited on us. We left and went to the Gatsby. 3 different patrons was waiting to pay their bill and no staff was to be found. We left there and went to Big Al’s for a sandwich. Was waited on immediately, but all tables were dirty. After having the sandwiches we really didn’t want, but was the only place that had staff around, we decided to try our luck at the slots. Had a few drinks from the bar. Bartenders were really nice and served us pretty quick. Went back to our room around 10pm and our air conditioner was making crazy noises. Didn’t sleep a wink. My husband and I get 1 day a week together due to our jobs. We just wanted a nice night out. We won’t stay here again.
