Helpful staff and good air conditioning, but the room was overpriced, outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained.
Pros:

The front desk manager was kind, helpful, and responsive. He fixed my room keys when they did not work and came to make sure the door battery was okay. Also, the air conditioner worked well and kept the room cool.

Cons:

The room was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture was old and stained. The bathroom looked very worn, with what appeared to be mold in the tub, a dirty vanity covered in a white film, and a peeling toilet seat. The curtains were also old and stained. They would not stay shut, the light by the door made a loud humming noise, and the locks did not feel or look secure. Check out also took much longer than it should have. For the price, the condition of the hotel was unacceptable.

The best thing about the place is their breakfast.

Cons:

Key cards didn't work right half the time. Our air conditioner compressor sounded like a space shuttle blasting off. My wife got locked in the bathroom because the door knob was loose. It's a place that needs some updating and some TLC.

It was OK. But will not return
Pros:

A cleaning staff I encountered in the hallway was very nice. Overall, staff were pleasant and professional.

Cons:

Found toilet seat dirty in the room but the front desk staff switched me to a different room which was OK but I was already totally grossed out in my mind which created doubts. Felt like everything was dirty the entire time and couldn't fully relax. Used wipes to wipe down certain things. Maybe I wouldn't have gone into hyper-OCD if I didn't experience the filthy toilet seat from dirty butts. Spent 3 nights.

Incidentals in a room that is outdated is beyond crazy to me. To not give a courtesy discount for the inconvience shows you have no customer service. Pictures need to be updated on website .
