Tuvimos que pagar un incremento en la Tasa turística , nos dieron un precio en booking y cuando fuimos a hacer el check out nos cobraron seis euros más. ( por lo que la noche de hotel en las afueras de Barcelona nos salió por 203€)

Nos han indicado que corresponde al incremento aprobado por la Generalitat para los hoteles de cuatro estrellas, por lo que comprendemos que no depende del hotel. Nuestra reclamación no es por el dinero en sí, sino porque el precio total de la estancia genera unas expectativas acordes con la categoría del establecimiento.

Precisamente por ello, nos decepcionó encontrar una habitación con un mantenimiento y una atención al detalle que no consideramos propios de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. En nuestro caso, la cortina estaba descolgada desde nuestra llegada, un detalle que transmite una falta de revisión y de control de las habitaciones antes de la entrada de los huéspedes.

Además, entre las atenciones de cortesía que el hotel anuncia se incluyen zapatillas para los huéspedes. Sin embargo, tratándose de una habitación doble, únicamente encontramos un par de zapatillas. Aunque pueda parecer un detalle menor, vuelve a reflejar una falta de revisión del cumplimiento de los servicios que el propio hotel ofrece y de la preparación de la habitación para dos personas.
Cuando un establecimiento se presenta como un hotel de cuatro estrellas, los clientes esperan que las instalaciones estén en perfecto estado y que todos los servicios anunciados se presten de forma completa
