Custo benefício é bom, mas o hotel precisa de reforma para ficar no padrão 5 estrelas.
Pros:

Atendimento muito bom. Comida boa no almoço e jantar. O arvorismo é bem legal e possui quadra de tenis. A localização é muito boa também.

Cons:

Achei o quarto e as instalações muito antigas, precisam de reforma para receber padrão 5 estrelas. O café da manhã é padrão 4 estrelas, e não 5.

Faltou um pouco de manutenção no meu quarto, porta-sabonetes quase caindo no banheiro, porta do banheiro descascando. No Booking tem discrepância da nomenclatura do quarto com o site (e tinha algumas fotos trocadas quando fiz a reserva, após minha mensagem parece que corrigiram), vale a pena conversar com eles antes para confirmar (Deluxe do Booking NÃO é o Deluxe do site deles). Quando mandei mensagem já havia feito a reserva e só aí me informaram que um não correspondia ao outro.

A vista é linda, o hotel chamoso, atividades ótimas para as crianças. Poder andar a cavalo sem muita burocracia e incluso na estadia, a visita aos animais foi demais. O fato de hotel não ser muito grande faz a estadia muito tranquila e conseguimos relaxar bem. Café da manhã excelente. Só sentimos falta de algum carboidrato sem ser pão, como mandioca, batata doce, inhame. Amamos o chá de boas vindas no quarto. poderiam deixar todas as noites. O mimo no check out também fez a diferença.
