Fijn hotel met een heerlijk dakterras waar ook het restaurant is en de bar. Ook fijn dat je voor bv een kop koffie in de cafetaria op de begane grond terecht kunt. Heerlijke kamer en bed. De buurt rondom het hotel is ook fijn. Diverse shopping malls met veel restaurantjes en terrasjes.

Location, staff, downstairs coffee, breakfast and rooftop with the pool. The staff at the breakfast was super nice and helpful!
The air ventilation in the bathroom was not working great so the bathroom got really humid after a single shower. It was ok when we put the room AC on.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The room was perfectly clean with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. The on site bar did great cocktails which can ve enjoyed with a view over the city. The gym was small but always quiet and well equipped. Great location in the city too.
Location outstanding and safe. Staff always nice here. Rooms clean done early am. Best laundry service of any hotel, ask for express hand it in the morning and by 2 or 3pm you will have it back. The laundry cleaning and pressing is excellent.
AC you either have it on full blast or you need to turn it off. Construction in front of the hotel annoying, they start just after 7am and the walkways outside the hotel are blocked. Breakfast is ok... Same selection every day. Coffee included with breakfast is not good but that is the same in 90% of all hotels. WiFi in the room I was in this trip was "not the best".
Location is key in Asuncion, and the HUB has that; on top service is always great, and the local staff will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need, and even accommodate (when possible) to specific needs.
Sometimes the hotel is crowded, as it is used for business only, so you should make sure you get your booking well in advance. Otherwise, nothing to complain

Vom Parkplatzwächter über das Reinigungspersonal bis zu den Servicekräften im Restaurant und an der Rezeption waren alle super freundlich. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Tolles Frühstück. Gutes Essen im Restaurant. Toller Roof Topp Pool.. Gegenüber ein Einkaufscenter. Bei den Uber Preisen können sie aber auch tolle Restaurants besuchen und ein leckeres Vori Vori probieren. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sicherer Garage.
