Somewhat disappointed
Pros:

The hotel’s location is great, near a very nice shopping center and other sites. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was very good and offered great options. The rooftop area was beautiful.
The room I stayed in, though, while labeled as silver category, was subpar, in the sense that the AC was not working properly as it wasn’t pulling humidity out of the air, so it made everything feel cold and damp the whole time. The bed was very uncomfortable, with a lumpy mattress and super hard pillows. The bathroom showed clear signs of a somewhat recent flood situation, which didn’t get fixed, and there was black mold in the shower.

Vcs precisar ter um pouco mais de cuidado porque Eu foi mordido pelo mosquito Aedes aegypti (Dengue). Outro amigo viajo uma semana depois e tambem ele pegou Dengue !!
