Terrific hotel in a great location
Pros:

Entspanntes Relaxen beim Lake Akan
Pros:

Hotel ist direkt am Fluss in der Natur. Großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss. Das Zimmer hat ein eigenes Onsen Bad. Zimmer sind sauber und groß. Service war super, wir konnten auch etwas eher Einchecken. Die Atmosphäre in Summe war auch sehr schön. Es gibt auch den öffentlichen Onsen, der gur aussah, aber wir haben das Bad im Zimmer genutzt.

Alles war gut, Preis ist gehoben, aber dafür gab es auch die Leistung

阿寒川湖畔景致很美，套餐形式的晚餐及早餐很精緻，房間內就有溫泉池可泡澡很棒。
緊鄰河川的大浴場也很舒適，特別是現在樹葉開始轉黃，特別漂亮!

Lovely location - need much more work on guest relations. Very crowded at meal times.

After I had checked in I received an email saying they could not meet my expectation of a request for a pescatarian meal. I was not told this previously as the man who sent the email had "gone home" after I made my booking. No one told me my food requests were NA when I checked in either even though I brought it up again. Email came 10 minutes before dinner so I could not make other arrangements. They are very rigid - I know that is not unusual for Japan but they exceed all expectations of that here. Also the bath in the room can barely be called a bath and it is not filled for you like most places. Its also very crowded at meal times given what you pay. I would not return.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, die Zimmer lichtdurchflutet und clean in der Einrichtung, was ganz Japanisch ist und gefällt. Das hauseigene Onsen ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Der Hotelkomplex ist groß und der Service ok, aber nicht super. Das Essen am Abend gut., Westliches Morgenessen jedoch nicht auf dem Punkt.
