Poor cleanliness, extremly slow WIFI, inadequate air conditioning, privacy concerns
Cons:

I wasn't happy with my hotel stay. The room's cleanliness was a concern. The towels, bedsheets, and even the floor seemed like they hadn't been cleaned properly, all covered in dust. It felt like the room hadn't been looked after well.
The air conditioner was too old to cool the room effectively, making my stay uncomfortable.
Also, even though the hotel had many WiFi networks, one for each floor, the internet was extremely slow. It was so slow that I couldn't even run a speed test to see how bad it was.
The bathroom window's tint was old and faded, making it easy for people outside to see in. This could be a big issue for anyone who values their privacy.
Also, there was no elevator, so I had to use the stairs. Sometimes, the person at the front desk did not understand or speak English well.
Later, I found another place close by that was not only better in terms of cleanliness and facilities but also cheaper.

Pros:

good location, good powerful shower, bed ok

Cons:

room was a bit dated and not modern, first question at reception was to get me to check out earlier than 12pm as specified on website; I didnt. room had a kettle but no coffee to use.

Pros:

I have stayed at many hotels in Asia over many years. For the money I paid this hotel has been the worst, in all categories, I have experienced. I do not recommend staying at this hotel under any circumstances.

Towel in the ceiling
Pros:

Towel was used to stop air conditioner's dripping by stuffing the towel into the panel. Staff was not helpful at all to rectify the situation.

Unfortunately this website refused to let me upload the photo of the air conditioners.

Misleading room Photos and real life room
Pros:

hotel is small, no elevator, very very dirty, lots of cockroaches crawling around, you don't even know if there are roaches under the bed! no hair dryer, bad condition water heater so you had to buy mineral waters outside to survive

ゲイラン地区の普通のホテル
Pros:

ゲイラン地区にある普通のホテル。シンガポールにしては安いのかもしれないけど高い。
部屋も薄暗く、アメニティも歯ブラシ、タオルのみ。
早朝出発の短期滞在だったので気にはならなかったけど、次はほかの地区にするかな。
周囲には、少し歩いたところにコンビニや飲食店も多く、汚い冷蔵庫はあるので不自由はしないです。
