Place was busy specially at the entrance because of the casino but it was quite and relaxing on the hall way towards the hotel rooms

Best hotel experience
I like about the courteousness’s of the hotel staff from taking the luggage from the entrance of the hotel, to the check in registration, until we reach our Room. The room is huge, beautifully decorated with an office like working table for those in a working vacation. The bathroom and the comfort room are in excellent condition.
I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-designed the hotel is. The rooms are fantastic, offering ample space and a layout that caters perfectly to a traveler’s needs. The restrooms are state-of-the-art, adding to the overall luxury and comfort. Having visited many upscale hotels around the world, I was impressed that Midori has earned a spot on my top hotel list.
The staff is exceptional—attentive and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. However, I do wish there were a wider selection of Western cuisine and more on-site dining options. I didn’t have the chance to explore whether the hotel offers shuttle services to malls or sightseeing areas, but that would be a great convenience for guests.
Overall, an excellent stay with a perfect blend of comfort, style, and great service!
My positive impression of Midori Clark started at the entrance. I was greeted by 3 security guards walk in to the hotel on my way to the check-in lobby. 2 staff ask me for my passport and it went uphill from there. The staff were courteous, told me how important all the customers who comes in to the hotel. We expect customers to have a wonderful stay. And for one, I experienced it. The staff the food and housekeeping provides excellent services.

This place do not have shuttles to and from the airport. We checked out and we were told to wait to get a "clearance" from the cleaning staff. We dont really know what that means. There were so much commotion in the area and very noisy parties going on. The pool and the jacuzzi is freezing. Everything is made in China. Dont waste your money on this place. If you are spending this much money youre better off staying at the Marriott or Han.
I liked that the room was spacious. I didnt like the bathroom without closure.

The only thing is that there were few fruit flies in the bathroom area. Other than that, the place is commendable.
