Le lieu, l’accueil, le charme et l’emplacement

Cons:

Le manque de confort dans le salon avec de simples chaises un fauteuil ou deux seraient les bienvenus. La télévision très petite meme si nous ne venons pas ici pour cela.

L'emplacement est fabuleux, le bâtiment historique est fantastique, tout est propre, simple et sans chichi.

Cons:

Le lit est très confortable. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuse. Un joli balcon pour faire une pause dehors. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et très complet.

Good place if you do not care about normal hotel services

The hotel is quite beautiful with a cute courtyard, and some balconies next to a steam

Cons:

Very limited service. The reception is closed between 12PM and 3PM and after 6:30PM. In other words, complicate to check in if you arrive before 3PM and very complicate to ask for anything. For example, in the evening, we realized that the bed had only 2 small and very soft pillows. Impossible to ask for more, or different pillows. Consequence, I slept very bad and woke up with a crick in the neck.

It almost felt like renting an apartment and not a hotel…

The “standard rooms” are duplex with a steep and narrow stair, forcing me to book a suite for my mother (86 years old) at more than 150€

The rooms and the furniture are quite old and would benefit from an upgrade.
