Desayuno y precio.

Cons:

Mantenimiento deficiente y poca limpieza. Ducha pequeña y no evacuaba bien el agua, el retrete estaba suelto del suelo.

El personal del hotel era muy amable y la verdad se sentía muy hogareño.

Cons:

Entraron a mi habitación a las 2 am porque no sabían que la habitación estaba ocupada, lo que me dió un susto de muerte, además se me quedaron unos cosméticos pero nadie respondió mis correos.

La limpieza de la habitación. El dueño muy amable y el camarero/ recepcionista de la tarde de 10. La foto coincide con la realidad.

Cons:

La ducha era muy estrecha. Pero el precio se ajusta a las instalaciones. La habitación muy correcta. Solicitamos tres camas y estuvimos cómodos. El hotel empieza a necesitar una renovacion.

La experiencia en el hotel ha sido súper buena. Un hotel familiar que cuidan un montón al huésped, son súper agradables y sus recomendaciones son un acierto. Muy agradecidos por su acogimiento y sus grandes detalles. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era confortable. Su ubicación es perfecta porque está muy cerca del centro y de la zona de tapeo. Sin duda, si volvemos a Salamanca, repetiremos.

Bom preço face a proximidade ao centro.
Pros:

Proximidade ao centro, simpatia e prestabilidade dos funcionários.

Cons:

Para três pessoas o quarto ficou muito quente e não dava para abrir uma janela pois a noite estava muito fria (o quarto não tinha ar condicionado)
A base de duche tinha fuga e o chão do WC ficou com muita água.

La atención es de 10. Muy amable el personal.
Para el precio no puedo quejarme.
La cama es cómoda,el baño limpio.

Cons:

No me gustó que debajo de la cama y detrás de la puerta hubiera mucha pelusa, pero me dió la impresión de que estaba cerrada la habitación de varios días,no está sucia.
Y no me gustó nada un masacote de pelos negros en la colcha.

Me sentí como en casa
Pros:

Me encantó la amabilidad de Sara y su padre, muy atentos, me hicieron sentir como en casa. Además, la ubicación está genial entre el centro y la estación de tren para quien tiene que viajar. Tienen también una cafetería que queda muy a mano para lo que necesites.

Trato familiar y cercano tanto en recepción como en cafetería.
Desayuno correcto y suficiente al precio pagado.

El baño un poco pequeño y sin mucha luz, difícil de maniobrar en él. La ducha tb pequeña
Y el ruido a altas horas que los clientes hacían cuando venían de fiesta sin respetar el descanso ajeno.
(Pero eso evidentemente no es culpa de los dueños)
