Que no tiene en la entrada al hotel una zona específica para descargar las maletas, hay maceteros que ocupan , 50 , 60 cm de espacio del camino , por lo que entorpece el paso si quiere pasar una furgoneta,

Pros:

La habitación cómoda y limpia,baño no muy grande pero suficiente y con todo lo necesario,se puede aparcar cerca muy fácilmente,hay un supermercado justo al lado muy bien surtido,el hotel está cerca del casco antiguo y de la catedral.Me sorprendió el regalo de cumpleaños q me dejaron en la habitación.muchas gracias.Lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Deplorable la cafetería,nos sirvieron un sándwich recalentado y seco , imposible cortarlo,seguro q sobró del día anterior y el entrecot asqueroso,el camarero lo vio y tuvo q recoger nuestra queja avergonzado,se le notaba, pero nos cobró todo....42€.El hotel no se merece esa gente en la cocina de su cafetería.Por favor,ni se os ocurra entrar.

Comfort and nice room.
Pros:

The location is very good, staff are friendly, room is big and lobby is beautiful and comfort.

Cons:

Breakfast is not attractive (to me). Don't know why there is no supply at least a bottle of water, maybe there is but I don't see any on the table.

The hotel encountered the cyber attract that my contact and booking info are used by 5 scammers from Germany, India, USA and unknown regions. Hotel shall inform customers in advance of such incident than I report and verify if the WhatsApp message by scammers is from the hotel or not, the hotel shall attend my queries via actual CS than using AI/standard auto message which does not help.
