Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Jackson Clinton

I just wanna say it was amazing. We were down there for my granddaughters band. She goes to Alabama State and they play Jackson Mississippi college and I was so happy that I stayed there because everything was booked up the whole town so thank you and I will be using you guys again.

Our room was incredibly humid and smelled musty. Turning the air conditioner to a cooler temperature did not at all. All of our clothes came home damp and the bed was damp. The lamps were rusted.

You can tell they just aren’t keeping up with the hotel at all. It truly was an awful stay and we will never be coming back.

The room was clean, quiet, and well appointed. We had a good night's sleep.

Great location for convention

The key to one of the rooms didn't work. The attendant suggested we come get her anytime we wanted to get in the room. The room had an old damp smell. We were able to get a new room. It still needed to be wiped down. The bed was comfortable. I liked being able to use the streaming services. The breakfast was okay. The staff was very friendly.

Never could get back in my room. Desk clerk had to always come up and unlock my room.

Easy access to the interstate, lots of places to eat and visit.

We had only two real problems: the bathroom door didn't shut--was hung crooked, and the bureau drawers would not stay shut. This was a bit of a hazard since my husband is on a walker.

Hotel smelled of mildew. The wallpaper in our room was peeling off due to mold and smelled like mildew as well. Overall, hotel was dirty and in a state of disrepair. Would not stay here again.

Horrible place, please run!!! Front desk told us that she couldnt give us a key/badge because it was under construction. So we couldnt leave the premises altogether. The bathroom had mold. At 1am we saw and heard loud screaming from a lady and a man going in between cars, just a horrible experience altogether....NEVER AGAIN!!!

The rooms hadn't been cleaned effectively or stocked. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom was almost out of toiler paper.

The gym was out of order, one elevator was not working, and upon arrival no bellman carts were to be found.

Great visit for an overnight stay.

The hotel was nice,the breakfast was great, food tatste good quality of food was great, staff was very friendly, and professional, Hotels had good access to other places. My biggest drawback was my room was not cleaned the days I was there, no clean towels we had to to the desk each time and request clean towels, I would recommend this Hotels to others you might have to ask for clean towels though.
