Room was nice, food terible.
Pros:

seemed clean enough, no funky smells.

Cons:

the breakfast was a HUGE let down. Sausages were gone, Oatmeal was gone, only 3 yogurts (all plain). Even the water pitcher was empty. Garbage cans over flowing, mentioned it and they were never addressed. No table had been wiped. Seemed like staff training was mussing on how to run a food service,

Perfect location. Great staff. Overall it was exceptional.
Pros:

My family and I really like the location of the hotel. The food options in the area were great. The staff was very friendly and when checking in I asked for a view of the mountains and was very pleased with our room location so we could see them every morning. I will be staying there again when I am back in Orem.

Great area to explore before your trip home
Pros:

I stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites Provo Orem for one night before my trip home. Hotel was in like-new shape. Breakfast was what you would expect. Close access to the lake and Provo Canyon. Was less than an hour from the airport. My room had everything I needed. Good option to explore the Provo area.

This hotel felt very warm and comfortable, location was close to everything. We will stay here again
Pros:

All the essentials for a variety of breakfast options. Clean eating area, clean pool facilities, someone was always cleaning something. I especially noticed the friendliness of the employees. The shower was very clean and easy to use, very convenient step in and out.
