MUY DISFRUTABLE

Nuestra estancia fue excelente, el hotel nos dejó una muy grata experiencia. Nos apoyaron con silla de ruedas para mi familiar que la requería. El personal de recepción sumamente amable, sólo vi una cara seria en recepción de una Señorita que me dio las toallas para playa, pero tampoco fue grosera, pero meseros y demas personal sumamente atentos y agradables. Servicio a habitación rápido y amable. La piscina de excelente dimensiones, fuimos entre semana y aunque vacaciones pero muy muy tranquilo, LO RECOMENDAMOS AMPLIAMENTE. Tiempo de restaurant para preparación de alimentos muy adecuado.

Me gusto la seguridad y el control que llevan en el hotel
Pros:

la piscina bien, el restaurante más opciones, el buffet muy light, la ubicación del hotel muy buena, a orilla de la playa.

Cons:

El restaurante no tiene muchas opciones, las cortinas de la habitación se ven sucias, con respecto a la habitación está limpia y recien pintada, la puerta de la terraza no cerraba, necesita reparación, algo muy importante que comentar se me intoxico con una comida un hijo y un nieto, nadie de recepción nos apoyó, preguntamos si tenía el hotel alguna recomendacion de algun doctor u hospital cerca que nos pudiera proporcionar, la respuesta fue que no sabían, tuvimos que salir del hotel y pedir apoyo a un taxista, él fue el que nos llevó a un hospital más cerca, como sugerencia el hotel debería de tener en sus habitaciones o en recepción números de teléfonos de doctores y hospitales para el caso de una emergencia, hago la aclaración que la comida que les cayó mal a mi hijo y nieto fue de otro restaurante que se encuentra cerca del hotel y no fue en restaurante del hotel.
