Las instalacioes del jardín, la ubicación del hotel, bonita playa!!!
El trato del personal, mucho ruido de la camareras en los pasillos, no realizaon el servcio de limpieza en la habitación. El primer día que nos hospedamos fue el cumpleaños de mi esposo y el mesero le hizo pasar un mal rato.
La piscina es de buen de tamaño, buen espacio de jardín. El restaurante está más que bien, ofrece una gran variedad de productos en sus 3 alimentos.
Son varias cosas, 1. Que si el hotel no está lleno, no te puedan dar la habitación antes. 2. El elevador durante mis 5 días de estancia no funcionó. El wifi mal durante 2 días, no hubo y por consiguiente tv. 3. Tienen muchas mesas para el jardín y solo colocan cuatro, por favor, y las sombrillas de estas mesas?; ya no digo nada de los camastros que no los ponen cerca de la alberca y mucho menos en la playa. Ustedes los deben colocar, no el huésped.
Great beach view from the room. The pool was clean and the area around it is well kept. Food was excellent and prices were reasonable. Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained.
The elevator is out of order. We had a disabled person in our party and the hotel was unwilling to accommodate/offer assistance. The evening/night shift staff is rude and unhelpful.
Todo está muy bonito y cuidado. La playa y el área de alberca estan muy agradables.
Que en las mañanas no ponen sillas y camastros en el área de alberca y la playa. Hay que bajarlos uno si quiere sentarse.
El hotel es muy cómodo , limpio y está a pie de playa eso es genial
La recepcionista de la mañana te atiende de mala gana, pregunten cuando hagan sus reservación si no hay evento por qué el ruido no deja dormir hasta que acabe su evento , la alberca súper cargada de químicos que generan alergia hasta el punto que se abre la piel y el ardor de ojos es fuerte !

Peut-être les peintures à refaire , tout était propre mais ça se voit que tout n'est pas tout jeune et les installations également , à part ça nickel
Cuenta con tina en el baño, muy agradable y amplia la zona de alberca, buenas instalaciones en general
No sé tenía cafetera en la habitación y se debía incluir, había insectos como arañas y hormigas tanto en jardines como en la habitación, faltaba fumigacion cierran el hotel por la noche 10 pm y si uno tiene que salir después de esa hora o antes de las 7am debe buscar a alguien para que abran la puerta

La atencion del personal del lobby no son tan amigables, en el bar los meseros son bien intensionados pero en ocasiones no se dan abasto
