A quick, safe, and comfortable stay at a quality hotel.
Pros:

After another hotel I had booked on Hotels.com said they didn't have a room for us, we were able to book a room at this hotel after midnight. The front desk was courteous and gave us a late checkout as well. I couldn't be more thankful and was very glad we didn't have sleep in our rental car.

Cons:

Breakfast ends at 10am. This isn't a big deal and standard practice. But for Puerto Rico tourists who want to sleep in, breakfast shouldn't end until 11am, and if it's the weekend, you should just turn it into brunch until 1pm.

Pros:

People making expresso were not friendly and the coffee was terrible. When we questioned it they blame the coffee machine . The front desk staff was not niece when asked for help they were not welcoming

el ruido dentro de la habitacion (es la cañeria del aire, un extractor, la verdad no pude identificar el ruido que era muy fuerte y molesto) Fue muy dificil conciliar el sueño.

Our stay was during a family funeral. The seamless stay/comfort helped immensely during a hard time
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and included all needed for the short stay. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The breakfast should have included sausages and/or bacon besides Canadian ham. The latter is not a usual pick for some.
