Cons:

Te preguntan si deseas early checking pagando claro está y el request se queda pending. Nunca me contestaron. Cdo llego a la hora que corresponde la habitación no estaba lista. Luego de varios intentos en el front desk consiguieron otra habitación. Me entregan las llaves y no fueron activadas

The pool area was awesome, the rooms were extremely clean and the customer service was above and beyond.
