Nothing it was closed
We arrived after a long journey to discover the hotel was permanently closed the security guard said it had been closed for a year
We were obviously shocked and had to scramble to relocate to an alternative hotel

How can this continue to happen
SHAME ON BOOKING.COM for taking and confirming booking back in January and continuing to sell rooms on your website for this hotel when you have been made aware of this situation for months

It’s closed but still advertising rooms and claiming only 2 rooms left at this special price
The hotel has closed down. It is a scam. The building is empty
I booked this hotel with no issue in December of 2024 and when I arrived January 2025 the whole thing was closed for renovations. Thankfully there was a concerned security guard who made sure we got to another hotel. Booking.com has not refunded me yet so that sucks! Seems like they are at fault rather than the hotel.

The property was shut down so unable to stay there.
On arrival I found the hotel boarded up. Local policeman told me that it had closed in March 2024, though it was happy to take my booking and pre-payment. I ve notified booking and so far they have no responded to any of my emails! When I'm back from my holidays I will pursue this with booking.
So don't book. It was a nice hotel (I d stayed previously) ; but, it is no more!

Nice hotel, great location lots to do and see outside and very safe on the streets to walk around. Hotel Food was excellent and staff looks very nice after you. Rooms are spacious, clean and have all you need with lots of power plugs to charge devices and cool Aircons.
Noise Polution, we stayed in room 301 with was next to a “open air bar” loud music till 4/5pm with karaoke. It’s so load that you can “Shazem” there music songs. 70 decibel with windows and curtains closed in hotel room. We couldn’t sleep.. second day we asked the hotel manager to come to our room and listen himself, he agreed but there was nothing he could do as the hotel was fully booked. The window are made from thin glasses and definitely need to be replaced for sound proofed windows. If you are a light sleeper, I don’t recommend this hotel.

That it is an hotel where you cannot sleep because of the club next door. They know this problem, but still sell hotelrooms! Terrible!!
Nice room, staff was helpful and friendly. Great location but only during the day or unless you like to party until late.
The hotel is attached to Sanctuary, which is an open-air club that blasts music until 4am every night. I literally couldn't sleep even with ear plugs because the club is outside and my room's windows were made of paper. Also I saw at least 2 cockroaches in my room, 1 of which was crawling on my bed...
Everything . The restaurant and bar had amazing food . Beautiful setting. The driver was very helpful .
Really liked the location, was close to nice bars and restaurants. The room was really nice and clean and well designed. Also the food and drinks in the restaurant are amazing.

-Spacious penthouse room. I mean it was biiig, you can party with friends in there.
-They have a good restaurant downstairs.
-Location: It becomes alive at night. There are bars catering to different types of people. My favorite is Futur:st right across the hotel because the DJs don’t play mainstream music.
-It can get quite noisy at night making it hard to sleep sometimes.
-Thin blankets. If they can switch it to a duvet, that would be great.
