In walking distance to the Palace and so much more. The rooms were exceptionally appointed and clean. Staff were friendly and obliging. Pool was beautiful and the free yoga class a bonus. Complimentary breakfasts sensational and delivered to your room, all vegan so don't expect egg and bacon! Smashed avo on toast is beautiful. Decor of the place is quality.
Between the hours of 9am to 5pm this is a tranquil oasis away from the hubub of the very busy streets of Ubud. Our room was closest to the front entrance so maybe some of the rooms are less noisy.

Cons:

Everything they could control was taken care of. For some the noise from the garden bar next door with bands playing may be a bit loud. They only play til 10pm and we actually spent 2 nights listening to the excellent music in the bar. Food is also great at the bar. Also if you don't like early starts the school PA system cranks up about 7am in the primary school next door. We actually enjoyed listening to the kids singing.
The family rooms are in the taller buildings. Our family were on the top floor so a lot of stairs. Staff more than happy to help with bags!

Great value for money.
Pros:

Property has a very traditional Balinese feel and is very centrally located. Great value for money. The breakfast is wonderful. We didn’t realize the menu is vegan but it didn’t matter, it was all delicious.

Cons:

We stayed on the top floor and there is no lift so lots of stairs, we had a great view though. Pool lounges need replacing. We had some noise from the live music next door but it was finished by 10pm each night.

Great location in the heart of Ubud, fantastic views and joyful staff.
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautifully set with balinese theme. The lounge in the family suite was spacious, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was stylish and modern. The hotel location is close to restaurants, shopping and some of the popular attractions of Ubud township. A really great place to stay. We will definitely stay there for our next visit. The staff were respectful, helpful and always joyful when passing by. The breakfast included in our stay was tasty, with many choices delivered to our room at a time we chose.

Pros:

Établissement idéalement bien situé au centre d’Ubud , chaleureux avec un personnel accueillant et très agréable prêt à vous rendre service. Petit déjeuner et dîner excellent. Je le recommande vivement. Ambiance balinais à 100% avec le sourire

A must stay!
Pros:

In the heart of Ubud. Gorgeous facilities and rooms. Well groomed gardens and pool. Able to contact reception 24/7 via WhatsApp was great. Netflix available for the kids was fantastic too.

Beautiful vegan oasis in Ubud.
Pros:

We loved the peacefulness and the beautiful vegan breakfast choices. The architecture, pool and grounds were impeccable. The yoga instructor was great and included in the room rate.

Cons:

Bedsheets were clean but had visible stains one them.
