Pros:

An excellent hotel right on the doorstep of the Skytree. Rooms are huge by Tokyo standards and really well looked after. Staff super friendly and helpful, lots of nice touches (like water bottles in the shape of the Skytree). Excellent transport links across the city too.

Great hotel, staffed with great people and tasty food.
Pros:

Staff were super helpful. Location is great with skytree as a landmark it made it easy to navigate trains. Sizzler breakfast is a solid start to the day allowing us to snack during the day and then eat later in the day.

Cons:

It’s a small thing but I wish the toilet paper had more than one ply.

Uitstekende locatie en ontbijt.
Pros:

Ontbijt was uitstekend! Ligging is perfect. Onder het hotel had je een supermarkt met alles en tegenover het hotel heb je een mall met alles en nog wat. Genoeg eetgelegenheden, winkels nabij skytree. Uitstekende locatie met directe verbinding voor Narita airport.

Cons:

Schoonmaak is 2 dagen eco clean en drna een big cleaning.

Pros:

Gostei de tudo, muito boas condições para o preço pedido: localização espetacular para o metro, limpeza, pequeno-almoço excelente com muitas opções, funcionários sempre muito disponíveis e simpáticos.

Cons:

Deviam ter uma indicação escrita em inglês e bem visivel na porta de entrada do hotel que a recepção funciona no quinto andar do edificio. Foi um bocadinho confuso chegar e ver apenas elevadores sem ninguém ou nada escrito com indicações onde nos deveriamos dirigir para fazer o check-in.
