Will be our go-to hotel for Tokyo. Great location for easy access to all parts of the city without being in the busy-ness of places like Shibuya. Nice spacious room which made our week-long stay very comfortable. Loved being right by the Skytree shopping centre and having a huge supermarket downstairs. Loved it and look forward to returning soon!

Location is on east of Tokyo … good to enjoy sky tree and asakusa area
Too far from shinjuku and shibuya .. almost 1 hr each way by train.
"A very clean and beautiful hotel, with a relaxing location and delicious food.
Unwelcoming Treatment at Check-Out: After staying at the hotel for four days, we wanted to sit in the lobby for a while. However, they made us leave at 12:00 PM, claiming that we were no longer hotel guests. It felt very unwelcoming.
Je suis une habituée depuis 2018 et j'ai toujours beaucoup de plaisir à revenir dans cet hôtel. La chambre est petite mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut avec une litterie excellente. La proximité du Skytree avec ses commerces, les trains, métros, bus (direct depuis Haneda), et la proximité du magnifique temple sensoji, en font un excellent hôtel, et son petit-dejeuner buffet est bon et copieux (excellente soupe!) Lors de mes précédents séjours, mon vol arrivait vers 18h30 et n'avais pas eu de problème pour accéder à ma chambre mais cette fois, je suis arrivée le matin (8h15 à l'hôtel) et je devais attendre 11h pour avoir ma chambre (avec supplément pour 3h avant le check-in de 14h), cependant après une longue nuit d'avion, il est très inconfortable d'attendre dans le hall car il n'y a qu'une petite banquette, adossée à une étagère en bois qui ne peut servir de dossier. Durant les 2h30 d'attente je ne savais pas comment m'asseoir sans avoir mal au cou, au dos... Le Lobby a changé avec les années; en 2018 (mon 1er séjour), il y avait un grand salon avec des canapés. Tout cela a disparu au profit d'un lounge payant ouvert qu'à partir de 9h, mais n'ayant pas encore fait le check-in je n'y avais pas droit/accès... Il faudrait repenser aux clients dont les vols arrivent autour de 6h30 du matin et leur offrir un peu plus de confort et de considération.
Très bon hôtel, très bien placé, propre et personnels très gentils et serviables.
La salle de bain est très belle.
Il a des petits soucis d’insonorisation avec le bruit du train ou métro, c’est léger.

Un emplacement parfait, une chambre assez grande, une belle vue sur le quartier, de la place pour poser les valises, un petit réfrigérateur à disposition. Le personnel de l'hôtel m'a réservé un taxi pour le lendemain matin en direction de l'aéroport, tout s'est très très bien passé.
Avoir un lit plus grand et améliorer la qualité et la diversité du petit-déjeuner comme avoir du blanc de dinde ou de poulet. Tout le monde ne mange pas du porc en exclusivité.
