Great location - almost perfect stay.
Pros:

Stayed in a box theatre room. Small - but the projector was anazing. Having Sizzler as the breakfast option was novel - though repetitive

Cons:

Apparently the room was meant to come with a Unext card to access movies - this was not supplied thus it was four days if YouTube as I could not figure out how to get NHK/TBS to work.

Great location right across the station, friendly staff and very clean room
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff was friendly and very helpful regarding any inquiries I had. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The location is excellent; there's a station right outside the building with a direct connection to the airport. I'd book this place again!
