Good location and no problems
Photos make the rooms look much bigger than reality
The property was clean, easy to find, and right across from the solamichi mall. Checkout was simple (through a machine) and I had no problem checking in. Every day they provide water bottles (1 per guest). I also enjoyed being able to control the temperature in the room (something not all hotels permit). Laundry room. Double sink, bidet, separate areas for toilet/bath shower, and sinks. Well stocked toiletries bar at entrance -toothbrushes, lotion, hairbands, etc are provided and the shampoo/conditioner/soap smell good!
The layout is a little strange to me- I liked having the shower/bath separate from the toilet/bidet -there was a privacy curtain but not really any place to put clothes to change. Also, the lobby is not clearly identified at the entrance-it’s on the fifth floor! I was co fused until someone exited the elevator. I stopped them and they told me where to find reception. I, in turn, had to let three other people know this over the course of my stay.
Room was good size and clean, location is close to train and shops.
Hotel has no room service. Sizzler breakfast was not good. Language barrier is high, very difficult to communicate with staff.

飯店對面就是晴空塔，樓下有life超市可購買所需用品。
剛入住時浴室仍有使用過的痕跡，有點疑惑這是否已經打掃過。後續清潔人員的疏失未將房門關上導致房間大開將近半天，也無法透過監視器或者任何影像確認是否有人曾進入過房間，飯店大廳服務人員（男性）明顯態度敷衍，且帶著可辨識的不耐煩，但女性接待人員態度非常好，倒是讓人覺得差異相當大。

The convenience to the Oshiage Skytree station and Solamachi Mall. Direct train to/fro Narita Airport. Well connected to various subway lines.
No replenishments of coffee bags and bottled water when Eco cleaning was chosen. Only new towels were replaced.
