Excellent budget stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

it’s location is in the heart of AsaKusa region. Very easy to cover city from there. The senso Ji Temple is just a walking distance from there. Good value for money property . The staff was also very courteous

Cons:

The lift can sometimes become very crowded otherwise no major issue

Cons:

The rooms for Americans are slightly smaller than we are use to. For a couple it’s fine, but for a family maybe opt to book a bigger room.

Mi piaciuto la centralità della zona in Asakusa.
Hotel collocato sopra negozio di abbigliamento Uniqulo con reception al 5 piano.
Staff gentile e disponibile. Camera cogliente co prodotti per il bagno. Ho apprezzato servizio lavanderia collocato sul nostro piano. Dalla tv era possibile vedere se le lavatrici/asciugatrici erano libero oppure già occupate e la rimanenza a fine ciclo 🔝

Refiller acqua per riempire la borraccia sul piano e macchinetta del caffè e cappuccio disponibile in zona reception.

Cons:

Avrei gradito più attenzione al cliente.
Avevamo già pagato la colazione in fase di prenotazione. A causa di un treno da prendere presto la mattina ho chiesto la gentilezza di potermi fare una box colazione da portare via, come mi è già capitato di fare in altri hotel.
Ma loro a causa di rogne avute con una cliente mi hanno detto che non potevano farlo e che potevano darmi un pacco di biscotti..
Buttati 50€.
Non si fa così..

Altro aspetto negativo l’assenza di un armadio o di un posto dove riporre i vestiti

Pros:

Very central but some walking distance to the metro station. Relatively larger rooms compared to an average hotel in tokyo. There is Uniqlo store in the same building and Don Quijote across the street.

Cons:

The breakfast variety was the same every day; always the same food. Maybe not a big problem for a couple of days but gets annoying in longer stays.

Pros:

Hotel very clean, cleaning personel very helpful, and made our rooms clean everyday. The breakfast was very delicious, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The toilets were also spotless. You’ll get complimentary alcoholic drinks (beer, sake, and bourbon) during your two-hour stay. (Twice a day) The laundry room is easy to use, and you can keep your luggage safe before check-in. There’s free coffee, teas, and toiletries in the room. The hotel is conveniently located near Asakusa and Uniqlo, with all shops within walking distance. Groceries and restaurants are also close to the station, just a two-minute walk away. It’s easy to get to the Art Museum and other parts of Tokyo from here.
Check out very fast by machine card drop off, they have a mony notes changer to coins if you need for washing machine.
