The staff were very friendly and the room was immaculate and we had the best view 😁 they let us check out at 2pm for $24 aud extra which was great.

The location was great. There are 4 distant underground lines within walking distance to the hotel.
The staff were all polite and very helpful. There were so many free amenities. There’s laundry on site. Restaurants in the building etc.

The lobby is on the 5th floor and the elevator is shared with Uniqlo, Restaurants and the food court on the 4th floor
Everything was very good. The hotel team was very, very good. Accommodations are great, location is perfect. The room view was gorgeous.
The laundry was not fast, did not smell anything and it took a lot of time and money foe drying.
They accepted us in a double bed room as a family. My son is 10 years old and they could not put extra bed in the room. Why did they sell these rooms for families? no idea... during booking process here when we select a child with age this hotel must drop its availabilities....

Room space good considering the Japanese standard and the space was clean. Front desk very beautiful, located in the 5F of a building with Sushiro and Uniqlo in the first floors. Close to the subway stations.
It was not a problem for us, but the hotel is located in a region of Asakusa with a lot of restaurants and stores.

Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war unglaublich schön. Wir hatten direkten Blick auf den Sensō-ji-Tempel und den Tokyo Skytree. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt liegt außerdem die Nakamise Shopping Street, wo man alles Mögliche finden kann.
